It started about 6 months ago when my lips started developing these dry bumps on my upper lip. I tried to exfoliate them to get rid of it and it worked,but then my lips started to leak a weird liquid and it made my lips really tight and dry. I had also noticed my lips had started to get swollen and itchy and sensitive. I didn’t know what to do so i bought at least 30 chapsticks and lip balms trying to figure out whether or not it was just them being dry.
A couple years ago I had a really bad habit of biting my upper lip which left a small bite mark in the center and made part of it very worn and a darker color. I have stopped this habit about two months ago. It has improved but the mark is still there and causes wrinkles in the middle. Also the new skin seems to be growing quite fast but when it does it starts to peel and falls off, continuing in a cycle of peeling, growing back around the bite mark, then peeling again.
Hi, I am 28 year old female Lately I have been noticing minor lines around my eyes and some on my upper cheeks. The lines are not very noticeable only in bright light. Is it normal if you stare at your skin in bright light to see extremely fine lines around the mouth area besides the regular laugh lines further u p closer to the cheek. when i smile i get wrinkles around the eye and upper cheek. when i stop smilling i could see traces of those lines.
i am having a light pink colour on my lower lip half covered and half is brownish since 2 years. and on upper lip there is one small pink pach and other big path on very middle of the upper lip. i have seen to a dermatologist around 1 month back she asked me to put TBIS 0.1% cream on it.but it still not working. and i am very afraid for vitiligo disease.when i asked my dematologist for the blood check up so i can know whether it is some other reason or not she refused for that.

its not serious reddness its very very light reddness...almost a pink color on my upper cheek from my nose almost out to my ear. Then here is the worst part, around my mouth/lip area it is very pale! Now is this from past sun damage? All the discolorations? My nose is usually always red at the top too. I've never had this problem before I started to sun bed tan. I use a safe oil free spf 15 foundation ( I already checked the product of the ingredients...
But, now i am noticing that the 2 exact same spots are not on my upper lip. When i press my upper and bottom lip together they are identically like touching. Could it be that it spread to my upper lip. What can this be? I have been wearing lipgloss for years. I also have a Baterial cervical infection at the moment.
My daily dosage of vitamin C from fresh citrus was very high, and two dry patches on my upper lip (upper left and upper right side) formed which is so dry. I have B-complex supplements too before the dry patches appeared. I will try Tea Tree Oil or other moisturizer as others suggested here and then report back.
Hello, I have had a flat bump on my bottom lip for about 10 months now. It only appears if I stretch the lip over my teeth (stretching the skin on the lip.) It doesn't raise or change. It occurred about 2 months after giving oral sex. 10 days after i discovered the flat bump on my lip, I discovered a flat bump on the glans of my penis. This bump looks like a flat pimple.
ve been applying Maybelline Baby Lips lip balm for two months and recently the edges of my upper lip started drying out and in 2 days my entire lip was swollen, red and burning and feeling stretchy, but its not chapped but feels extremely dry. It has happened to me twice before (had used Avon lip balm then) and i applied Smyle herbal gel and Vaseline and it worked. This time though it is not working. I've been applying Smyle gel and Himalaya lip balm to cure it.
I have numerous white spots on my upper lip that appear to be under the skin. You cannot see them if my mouth is closed. There are none on my lower lip. However my lips are very dry, and my upper lip tends to tingle or burn.

I have had a swelling that looks like an arch under my lower lip which my dermatologist says it is arciform area of swelling below the lip margin for almost 3 months. The first month she prescribed a cortisone crème to apply twice a day for one month and it hasn't gone away. She then prescribed a steroid ointment (mild) to use for 10 to 14 days 3xday. I am on the 10th day and it hasn't gone away. It is not red, doesn't itch but is so noticeable that I am ashamed to go out.
I woke up this morning and i noticed a tingling feeling on my upper lip, when i looked in the mirror, i noticed a bump on my lip.
i didnt think anything of it and i left it alone, but throughout the day the tingling never went awat and it has gotten bigger, i tried putting vaseline on it but it only seems to be getting worse.

About 7 weeks ago I woke up and noticed a blister type lump on my glans penis, 2 days later, it grew 5 times in size and opened up and there were 2 more small blister type lumps (one of these was on my protruding meatus lip). The tip of the glans penis around the meatus and the open blister type lumps was red raw.
I soaked my glans penis in salt water twice a day for 7 days and 2 of the lumps have completely healed and the glans penis is no longer red raw.
About a year ago I had a white, round shaped dot on my upper lip. It didnt hurt or something like that. By mistake, I broke it with the teeths. It looked something like this picture:

After the lip regenerated, I remained with a smal red area,not that visible, the exact same size as the dot. I believe that it may be caused by hpv, because I was diagnosed with hpv genital warts which I believe I treated ..
I have the same bump, white, on my finger.
