Yes its swelling of the outer layer of the eye (conjunctiva) and is called "chemosis" and is like a hive developing on the skin. usual cause is allergy. If it occurs cold compresses, benedryl and an allergy eye drop like Zaditor or Ophcon-A usually usually resolve the problem within 4-12 hrs.

Frequent washing or prolonged exposure to water may cause wrinkles on the skin. t had any real problems besides the wrinkles. There is a little extra skin on the glans area that looks to be a little raised up but no pimple like spot or anything cauliflower like. Like I said the meatus looks to have extra skin as well. I am going to see a urologist when I can get the money to do so.

just after you turn off the shower, but while your still in the shower and your still wet, take some baby oil and just put a little in your hands, a little goes a long way, rub hands together then rub the oil all over yourself where your having problems with dry skin. Rub it in good, then just very lightly pat yourself dry with a towel.

t improved much, and I noticed a blister (watery bubble) under the top lid, on the eyeball itself. The eye suffers irritation, redness, swelling and burning. I do have an astimatism on that eye, and I am a bit short-sighted, but cannot afford my new prescription lenses yet, so I read without glasses.
