wrinkles on fingers

I shifted to another city and suddenly after a month my hand developed lots of wrinkles and dark deep lines on fingers. Also horizontal lines appeared on neck.Please help .

I am 40 now and have had prune-like fingers for the past few years. The only time they look normal is when I'm feeling really warm. I am 5'2" weighing about 120 pounds and drink 2-3 litres of ionized water every day so I should be adequately hydrated. I'm wondering if it is a thyroid or circulatory issue... or even an oxygen assimilation problem. Maybe I'm not getting enough EFA. Any thoughts???

They are on the head, I'm 24, they are constant, I'm monogomous, and they cover the entire head.

My fingers start by being sensitive to touch. Then after about a day the skin on the ends of my fingers, past the last knucle will go wrinkly as if I've been in the bath for too long. Then after a few days the skin will go dry and peel and crack. The whole thing last for probably a few weeks, then it will be better and go back to normal, then maybe in about 2 months it will come back and the same thing again.
