the thing is, you CAN drink too much water, flush your system out TOO well, and your body ends up trying to do overtime to compensate, and you can suffer symptoms
from that, which can be confused with dehydration.. I only know this because I've done it!
I was told by my family doctor when I was in high school that I wasn't drinking enough water; therefore, I started drinking TOOOOOO much water.. I flushed out vitamins, nutrients, basically all of the good stuff I needed.
