The first summer began with deep scabs and ended with a scar that looked like a mustache and wrinkles around my mouth with some pitting. There is also pitting around my brows, one of which turned into a wrinkle above one brow. The wrinkles began as pits at the corners of my mouth and turned into
wrinkles within a two week time frame between the fourth and fifth month.
I have a redness, browness, little bit rash, and weird looking wrinkles/scales near the border of my lips. The scales and wrinkles are also very flat and smooth, while the normal parts are puffy and fuller as usual and normal. The middle of my lips are not as affected, and the inside of my mouth either.. it is just the outer courners that have been affected.
I have no clue what this is do you think it is..

I must say that you have all shown me new wrinkles on wrinkles. Now when you say wrinkles are you talking about the type of wrinkle that a coach might put into a football game, or a baseball game etc. I wrinkled up my brow trying to find what wrinkles you are talking about. Now I have a whole new set of wrinkles. My old wrinkles are upset at the interlopers and are holding meetings above and below my lips.
Hey, so I've been struggling with this itchy dry skin patch around my lips for almost 2 years now and I still don't know exactly what it is. I can't really remember how it started but I didn't think much of it before. What I do know is that it has been very slowly getting better but it's still existent.
I have stopped this habit about two months ago. It has improved but the mark is still there and causes wrinkles in the middle. Also the new skin seems to be growing quite fast but when it does it starts to peel and falls off, continuing in a cycle of peeling, growing back around the bite mark, then peeling again. I don't try to pick at it but it gets very sensitive.
Then here is the worst part, around my mouth/lip area it is very pale! Now is this from past sun damage? All the discolorations? My nose is usually always red at the top too. I've never had this problem before I started to sun bed tan. I use a safe oil free spf 15 foundation ( I already checked the product of the ingredients...they are safe) I just started using dove sentive skin hypoallgentic no fragrance soap bar a week ago to clean my face.
Hi there, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes.
Lately, and by lately I mean for the last two months, I've noticed a redness in the skin around my pubic region underneath my pubic hair. I don't shave down there or anything, I just trim sometimes. I just brushed i off as it being a sweaty area, but lately I've noticed the same redness on the back of my penis.
Cheilitis(Inflammation of the skin on and around the lips)is often seen in atopic dermatitis.Diagnosed by bld test like RAST.Treatment is by topical steroids or oral therapy of corticosteroids in severe cases.Topical creams like tacrolimus ointment (Protopic) and pimecrolimus cream (Elidel) are also useful.
If the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist.

I'm only 16 and have always had layers of skin around the front and since puberty more unnecessary skin has grown however it's now starting to go dark on the tips of the folds as if there is a lack of blood or something in the wrinkles, I'm worried to do anything sexual in case this is wrong.
s not very noticeable, it looks like wrinkles..but when my penis is hard it becomes more noticeable. if i spread the area apart with my fingers, it just appears as though they are simply deep wrinkles or variations in the skin..there is nothing sharply rounded or wart-like anywhere on my penis. this patch of skin in the photos doesn't hurt or itch. i'm 18 and a virgin, and i noticed this on my penis a few years ago and now i'm starting to worry.
I have lines by my mouth when I stop smiling and if I look closely lines by my eyes and the corner of my lips and lines under my eyes. I'm only 22 and both of my parents looks young and don't have any wrinkles...I'm scared about what I'll look like at 30!is there any way to get rid of this? is this normal? are they going to get deeper as time go by?
BTW , they're even on my cheeks when I smile, I have a thyroid problem ?
Is it normal if you stare at your skin in bright light to see extremely fine lines around the mouth area besides the regular laugh lines further u p closer to the cheek. when i smile i get wrinkles around the eye and upper cheek. when i stop smilling i could see traces of those lines. not very obvious no one can see it only from up close. Is it normal to see such lines? or I am examing my skin too closely.
I am 33 and have stange wrinkles on my forearm too! I am currently breastfeeding my 12 1/2 month old...Strange link between us all..would love some anwsers..

Restylane contains hyaluronic acid and is injected in order to add volume to lips and lift up wrinkles and folds. My advice would be try firstly other methods for dark circles. Apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily. Apply an eye cream containing vitamin K and almond oil or skin creams containing vit C or K,alpha hydroxyl acids and kinetin.
im 13 yrs old, girl and i got this rash around my lips that is really irritating me its really itchy and in most cases its red but if i dont put some lip balm on it , it will go red itchy flaky and dry. i got it ages ago thinking it would go away by applying lip balm to it but really the lip balm just stops it from going itchy and dry and its not helping me at all! and it looks like cuts like my skin has come off and its raw PLEASE HELP!
When I was younger around 11 I use to lick my lips and soon it worsened a lot and turned into a messy infection of some sort. I went to dermatologist and was given bunch of different creams. It took awhile to clear up since my lips are very prone to being dry.
I'm currently 21 and ever since then I've always had a red lining of my lips. Its especially visible on the lower lip, and gets redder after I eat or if it's irritated.
Hi I seem to be getting wierd acne-like pimples around my lips... tho I am not sure why.
The rest are small.. they seem to pop like acne but one is larger and unusually painful.
Looking up close they DONT look liek clusters (as with herpies) just red areas like acne usualy looks like. One looked almost like a tiny blister tho that popped and had clear stuff come out.
Any ideas on what this is? note I have similar looking pimples all around my face n nose at random locations.
Im curious to find out what this rash is around my lips. I went out on the water on sunday and Monday it started. I started using Benadryl which has worked but im curious to find out what it is. Its red with little bumbs and the lines around my mouth are red. Does anyone have any idea on what this could be? I have an appointment scheduled with my dermatologist, but I would like a little insight about what it is. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it.
