I also noticed then that the skin everywhere on the shaft of my penis appeared more wrinkled and leathery as if there was less moisture in my skin. I first (when looking on the internet) thought it may be very mild balanitis or psoriasis (which I have no history of), but now wonder if its just irritated skin.
Apply light vitamin E cream over the hands frequently and avoid prolonged exposure to water as this will cause the skin to dry and irritate the skin. The skin of the hands is usually thinner and more sensitive. It is also frequently exposed to irritants such as cleansers, detergents etc.
Is this true in your case?

ll have to lose weight all over in order to lose the tummy weight. Is the skin you have on your tummy, just lose skin or is there fat under it? If it's just lose skin, it may because your skin stretched during your pregnancy and you might not be able to get rid of that simply by losing weight.
Almost any type of work out is good, as long it's something you enjoy and will stick with. Walking is always excellent.
After I take a bath or go swimming, my hands get extemely wrinkled. i know that its normal for your hand to get that way but mine is different. they wrinkle up SO much that they feel scaly. They also feel dry and tight. My mom says it could just be dehydration and that i should drink more water, but i have been drinking plenty lately. After that swine flu alert, i started using hand sanitizer. Could the hand sanitizer be the thing that effeecting my hands this way?
I agree that losing 10 kg in a month is too much. Safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs /week, which is 8-10 pounds/month; you're looking to lose twice that.
Of course, we'd all like to lose our weight right away, but first off, it doesn't happen that easily, secondly, in order to do it, we'd have to starve ourselves and as soon as we start eating again, we gain it all back.

I went to a dermatologist with 2 problems that I have - one with wrinkled, sticky skin on my penis and another is tinea versicolor that I have for 4-5 years already. Dr said it might be balanitis, gave me Vusion cream which I applied for a week. But things didn't improve noticeably, in fact I got irritation on the foreskin in the form of small abrasions that are sensitive to touch so Dr recommended to apply something bland like Aquaphor.
They are well hydrated and will not end up all wrinkled and aging.
Avoid direct and long exposure to sunlight. Too much exposure to the sun can cause skin aging. When you are exposed to the sun’s UV rays, make sure you applied liberal amounts of sunscreen to your face and neck.
Make sure that you moisturise your face and rinse with water to get rid of any dead skin cells to get that all over glow to your face.
