There are also a lot of red spider veins under and on top of my shaft when I become hard, which I believe occurred from stretching the skin too much. The skin sometimes become dry and wrinkly when it is soft which causes my penis head to rub and become sensitive. I'm just asking for advice on what steps I should take next or what oils/creams would help. Any help is appreciated because I am somewhat depressed over this.
