I am in a very specialized field--I teach newly arrived refugees from Burma, Africa, etc. tospeak English. It may be too late, but is there any kind of mask I could get and still teach--I guess, however, that it would have to cover nose, mouth and eyes--maybe I coul wear it half the time. I need/love the work.

If the merchandise is light & ca fit on a cart that is higher so you dont have to bend, then the moving around may actually help your back. But if not, I would ask your DR for a note & give it to the manager above yours. Explain that you have already spoke with him about it.

Know that it will be painful, but that you can do it, and that the pain isn't permenant. Mostly stay relaxed, if you start to stress or tense up it will make the pain worse. Utilize the shower, hot water bottle and movement, do not just lay down, it will make the pain worse.

The next morning the pain was back but only this time the pain was located on my right, down my shoulder and arm. Avatar m tn Your more than likely right coz I exhibit most symptoms that makes ADD more likely, but if that is the case then I've had this neurological disorder since childhood! I don't think I will seek further diagnosis as I have very good self-management techniques!

Avatar n tn t think it was anything. I am 25 years old and I am in an extremely stressfull management position which may be contributing to this condition. I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and I am prescribed Vyvanse. I also am prescribed Alprazolam to help with my twitch, it helps a little but it is still unbarable. I have spent thousands of dollars in the last year & half on doctors, nuerologists, psychologist, counslers, and different types of chiropractors but nothing seems to work.

So, you could ask them. Local pharmacists too could guide you. You could look through the local directory. Check and see if there is a pain support group. Avatar f tn It is most likely a sign of hyperventilation also commonly known as shallow breathing. I had this symptom too. Stop and take several slow deep breaths (10) from your abdomen. You can look up breathing techniques for stress management on line. Don't worry about the tingling sensation. It won't hurt you. You just need to get some more oxygen in your blood stream.
