It takes a few weeks to go away and then I do other kinds of weight lifting for several months and nothing else seems to cause a problem except squats with a bar on my back. I think my form is good. But these two things cause a problem.
Avatar f tn If you work your upper body on Mondays then on Tuesdays do your lower body and Wed. upper and Thur. lower. You want to work each body part at least 3x per week. Start off easy and slowly increase the weights or reps.
Avatar f tn I've done a few workouts but not consistent. Just when I don't feel like I'm going to be sick. I hope it'll be easier to get back into it. I may look into pregnancy workouts. I know amazon has quite a few to sort through so we will see.

Avatar f tn I had this same issue when I was earlier in my pregnancy. I would HIGHLY recommend a chiropractor. I've never been to one until my back pain during pregnancy. And I would go on days my lower back hurt and I would get adjusted and it was 100% better shortly after.
Avatar f tn m much thinner but sadly i still have some untone muscle and skin on my stomach and little flubber on my upper upper inner thighs. Daily I run anywhere from 3-6 miles and i do three sets of crunches, "russian twists", planks, and lunges. Does anybody know anything i can do to get a more tone and flat stomach and toner thighs? (i'm willing to commit to the exercise as long as i can have hope that i will get results). Please and thanks.
Avatar m tn t sleep on my right side and the pain is in my entire right rib cage and upper chest and lower right back/kidney area and now going into my left rib cage maybe from sleeping on that side. Should I get an MRI? I have seen a rheumo who recommended one but referred me to my primary doctor again for re-evaluation. My primary doctor feels further testing is not warranted which makes no sense to me. What do I do, why wouldn't this get better but rather is worse after 4 months?

I watch my calorie intake very carefully and consume 1800 daily, only eating healthy, non-processed foods (fruits, veggies, fish, brown rice and only complex carbs) plus Kashi products and make sure to get around 110g of protein and over 100% RDI fiber daily. Avatar f tn Hello, I had baby #4 about a yr ago. All 4 kids born in the last 8yrs. Needless to say I am now out of shape and unhealthy. I am 5 ft 6in and weigh 173lbs. This app suggests daily calorie intake of about 1869. I exercise about 4 days a wk burning about 330 calories on treadmill plus upper/lower body workouts alternating. I don't seem to be taking the required calorie intake daily once workout is added. Am I doing g the right thing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Minus the "pulling" pain in your Achilles Tendon that is exactly how I felt for years. The pain would (does) go into my Achilles Tendon and sometimes in to the foot. I went years undiagnosed.
