Avatar f tn Oh wow im the exact same as u! Weight height aand goal weight, but im trying to lose it by the first day of summer, june 20. I've lost weight fast before but then i fall off of it again. This time im sticking with it. What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off.

I did not like the fact I was gaining weight so fast and that I just lay around the house as well..so today I started doing more workouts that way I can be fit and have a easy labor. Avatar f tn Fast workouts aren't always the answer. Walking is an excellent exercise; it will tone up your belly, legs, hips, thighs, so cellulite isn't so obvious. Aim for at least 30 minutes/day, but more if you have time (minimum 30 min/day, 3 days/week). You don't have to run or job, just go at a good brisk clip. If you carry a resistance band, you can work your arms, shoulders, back all at the same time. Yoga is also good for toning, tightening.

On the weekend is optional...a little bit sugar and fat, fried stuff here and there. I do little work out about 30 mins every day on the week day though. Any suggestion?

I agree with using the food tracker to see how many calories you are eating each day, then start making small changes, like drinking water instead of soda (including diet soda), or snacking on raw veggies, rather than a candy bar, yogurt in place of ice cream, etc. Exercise is essential to losing weight AND being healthy. There are exercises you can do that should not bother your asthma.
Avatar f tn I downloaded the apps "Daily Workouts free" and "Lose Weight Fitness and Workouts", those two apps have a ton of workouts for targeted areas or your whole body. They are also short videos so they show you how your body is supposed to be positioned. Daily Workouts also times you in intervals. Hope this helps if you're able to download apps. I also have the app "Fitness Buddy", but I haven't looked at it as much, that one looks more targeted towards men.
