Avatar f tn Hi!!! I have a similar problem except I live out in the country and it's freezing. I suggest doing Gilad's total body workout or some workout videos. Running in place is also good. Sit ups in your room. And dieting too! Not a very strict diet but a healthy one with alot of protein and heck treat yourself sometime. And don't get discouraged if you don't lose weight fast. It is a very slow process. I Hope you take my advice. GOOD LUCK!
Avatar f tn Hi I too have asthma and when ever I do any exercise I have a flareup. I have found that if I take my rescue inhaler before I do any exercise I either don't get a flareup or it is really small. Also I don't do any exercise if my chest is tight in the morning or I am sick at all. Also if you know weather affects you then be aware of that. I can't exercise outside if it is too windy, too hot, or cold. Also exercise isn't all about cardio.
Avatar f tn Hi, I want to lose some weight, but it seem to hard to do it when passed 30's even though I think I eat very healthy, no fast food, fat, fried, junk food instead of fruits and veggies (well, rice sometime) on the week day. On the weekend is optional...a little bit sugar and fat, fried stuff here and there. I do little work out about 30 mins every day on the week day though. Any suggestion?
Avatar n tn Are you losing weight at all? The best way to keep weight off is to lose a bit at a time so it stays off, and you don't say if you're getting anywhere or getting nowhere. I would ask, if this exercise is new to you, meaning you weren't doing this before, do you notice anything positive happening in the shape of your body?

Avatar f tn I'm not very good at metrics so I converted 56 kg and come up with between 120-129 lb. That's not ideal but I've seen a lot more weight stacked onto a 5' body. You don't mention your body make up; eg: you say you have really big thighs. Are the muscular, a bit flabby, or littered with cellulite? You also didn't mention your age. Losing weight and/or contouring your body is really not that difficult but it does take time.

Avatar f tn It's just so hard to be motivated to lose weight once you have a newborn. This is my 3rd. My sister is doing a destination wedding next spring so i have to dig in and find the motivation to eat right and exercise after the baby. I've been told weight loss is 90% what you eat and 10% what you do, but i don't think i eat that bad. I'm glad to know I'm not along in this struggle though lol. We can do this ladies!

All of the videos I found are targeted towards moms that want to stay fit during pregnancy and come back to normal weight after labor as soon as possible.
