Avatar f tn A lot of factors, including stress, can cause changes in cycles. Depending on your age as well, cycle changes can occur with menopause and even early menopause with some women. It's very unlikely to be pregnant after tubal ligation, I can't say impossible, but still extremely unlikely. Changes in medications, diets, new workout routines can also affect cycles in some women. For peace of mind, if you are late, take a test and you will know for sure.

Avatar f tn I'm not sure what polefitness is but I've kept up with my regular workout out routines and my doctor said it was fine. As long as the workout isn't too dangerous and your pregnancy isn't high risk, but you always need to check with your doctor first. I know working out has made this pregnancy ten times better than my first! Good luck with everything!
Avatar f tn I do cardio kickboxung twice a week followed by body sculpting that involves light weights (8-10lb weights) that's on tuesday and Thursdays. Wednesdays I usually take my dogs for long walks. I'm a hair dresser so the other days I'm working and am too exhausted and sore to do anything else as of right now. Keep exercising it's good for both of you.
Avatar n tn I just YouTube prenatal cardio routines. I danced and did pilates before getting pregnant, now I just do light versions of my same exercises. I'm 34 weeks and just tried a pool exercise sequence that felt amazing. I would recommend it to anyone especially since it's easier on the joints.

Moreover, i have not been eating as much as i usually do and i lost some weight because of stress...so could my pain be connected to the workouts and stress? or did something happen during oral sex (i mean could i be pregnant or is something else going on)??

Avatar f tn Two- three body strength training routines per week will help build lean muscle mass and rev up your metabolism. That should include stomach exercises, like crunches, reverse crunches, planks. Google stomach exercises to see how they are performed.

Example: it has weight lifting, but I don't weight lift, i do a 10 minute workout that changes everyday...or put a box where i can put what i want....I know if you do get one for medication and vitamins, that everyone uses different ones.
Avatar f tn Drink lots of water throughout the day, even during workout. Breath! Dont hold your breath during strenuous routines. You can also try a creatine & protein post workout drink to help you along the way.

Perform two or three exercises for each muscle group. Start with bodyweight exercises, such as situps, pushups and pullups. Avatar f tn It's possible that you're at a plateau, where your metabolism has adjusted to your caloric intake and your exercise level. Try changing your workout routines around to "trick" your body. You might also be retaining fluids a bit. You might also try getting a body fat percentage done to see if you're already as lean as you can reasonably get. If you are, no amount of dieting or exercise will change your weight very much.
