Avatar f tn I'm not very good at metrics so I converted 56 kg and come up with between 120-129 lb. That's not ideal but I've seen a lot more weight stacked onto a 5' body. You don't mention your body make up; eg: you say you have really big thighs. Are the muscular, a bit flabby, or littered with cellulite? You also didn't mention your age. Losing weight and/or contouring your body is really not that difficult but it does take time.

I did not like the fact I was gaining weight so fast and that I just lay around the house as well..so today I started doing more workouts that way I can be fit and have a easy labor. Back when I was 14-17 I would join my father in the gym, but his trainer gave me different things to do to just be fit and toned. I do have some equipment at my house and my husband works crazy hours so we can't just go to a gym. Plus, I would like to look semi-decent to be able to even show up at a gym. On the weekend is optional...a little bit sugar and fat, fried stuff here and there. I do little work out about 30 mins every day on the week day though. Any suggestion?
Avatar n tn If you've doing these things already for awhile, then no, it won't suddenly start making you lose weight. If you just started doing this, then it might. If you were completely sedentary your whole life and you're young, starting any exercise program and eating better should start showing some results quickly.

583580 tn?1231136383 m hoping that he support on this site will keep me encouraged to keep going with my new workout plans for 2009, in the past I gave up to easily when I wasnt seeing any weight loss or loss in inches, I've even seen weight gain and muscle mass from working out which I've been told isnt common in females. This also discourages me. I'm starting my new workout plans when I get off from my midnight shift tonight.
