Common Questions and Answers about Workout plans spreadsheet

workout

Avatar f tn I workout everyday with a pregnancy pilates video. I did pilates everyday before becoming pregnant. It Keeps you toned and prepares you for delivery.
Avatar f tn Using MSWorks created a spreadsheet to automate the estimating calculating operation rather than long paper form and a calculator Also created line or bar graphs for visual comparison. If I ever get a OCD bug to try and create one or more modifiable templates with formulas for HCV, treatment or related before I can find one. Much harder, have a way to take raw bluebutton medical test data and auto import into a spreadsheet/data base would be a miracle.
Avatar f tn Getting through that frame of mind is really difficult. You could try keeping a workout journal or putting up post its to remind you of the buzz you get after exercise or the achievements you've made. Likewise you can make plans to exercise with a friend at least once a week, even just a walk. The socialising will boost your mood as well as the exercise and it's a good way to prevent any unmotivated changes in plans because of the expectation to meet up.
915119 tn?1341948989 s a little too soon to think about this, but what are your diet plans after the baby is born? I definitly have to get on a diet as I have gained a lot of weight. When I had my last daughter I got on the "Herbalife" diet and lost all my baby weight plus about 15 extra pounds but I want to consider other diets before getting on that strict "Herbalife" diet. It's hard for me because I am a picky eater, but I want to eat healthy!! Any suggestions?? What are your plans?
Avatar f tn Not afraid to detox, I have been there before, but it was many many years ago and i had a small child to support so I had a lot of motivation with that. Now i am older, almost 60, the age that you realize most of your life plans are down the toilet for various reasons. My marriage is almost dead. i realized today i think I destroyed it with the oxys, they turned me into a different person.
Avatar f tn I really feel motivated to exercise and workout the muscles that haven't been used in probably 8 years. lol! Back when I was 14-17 I would join my father in the gym, but his trainer gave me different things to do to just be fit and toned. I do have some equipment at my house and my husband works crazy hours so we can't just go to a gym. Plus, I would like to look semi-decent to be able to even show up at a gym. (Yea, I've let myself go that bad.
620923 tn?1452915648 and gives me guidelines based on my current weight and target. It has recipes and suggests meal plans but you can just put in what you ate. I then take my calories for the day and add them to my weight tracker in MedHelp and then come here for all my weightloss support. Good luck!
Avatar n tn I workout 2-4 days a week but I don't always eat the right things, I need a little help coming up with a good diet plan
Skulleton But if I find a good one I know I can follow it. I workout very offten but I just need a good diet that will give me good energy. Can anybody suggest a good diet for me??
Avatar f tn Maybe come up with a budget spreadsheet to show him what payments come in monthly and what goes out so he can have a tangible perspective of what to expect. If there are places you can cut back on expenses then do it. Don't buy that whatever thing that you think you want because you'll have more money for the baby. Keep making smart financial choices, make sure to put it on your budget spreadsheet, and eventually he'll come around and see that he doesn't need to panic.
10821765 tn?1427311586 My baby girl was due yesterday...... But looks like she has plans to come when she wants :( i really want her out , im ready to hug and kiss her up lol !!!!
649848 tn?1534633700 Just a hint about being tired and still getting your workout in.... will you have time to get the workout out of the way early in the morning before work? That works for a lot of people. You do it first while you still have the energy.... For me, regardless of the time of day and what my schedule has in store for me, the hardest part of my workout is getting to the gym. After I am there, its no sweat! Good luck and stay at it!
Avatar f tn I just keep a spreadsheet on my computer so I can put in details. I haven't looked at the pain tracker on here, it might be just as good or better. I have a spreadsheet for each major symptom...headache, vertigo, neck pain, etc. I list dates, times, pain scale 1-10, what happened before (possible trigger), and what made it better (if anything). Patterns do emerge...I realized I actually underestimate how often I am in pain.
2217782 tn?1394363972 Have you thought about working out instead of dieting? I know that weight loss plans usually include both, but because you have an ED, maybe simply adding a workout regimen would be healthier. I usually do five days a week, three days cardio (45-50 minutes a day) and two days strength training (varies, 30-45 minutes a session). Just make sure you don't start eating more than you currently do when you start working out.

1711722 tn?1356487554 I found info explaining what everything meant but I really only want a spreadsheet with the ranges, so I can compare each month at a glance. Here is one that I found but hope there is a better one out there, because it seems we have so many more numbers to deal with: http://www.hepatitis.va.gov/pdf/treatment-tracking-chart.pdf Thanks in advance for any help. Enjoy your weekend everyone.
Avatar m tn I would make a chart or spreadsheet and use a reliable monitor and check your hr at the beginning, then middle of your workout and get to 85% of your maximal predicted heart rate; take your stats, then in your cooldown take your stats and 1 minute after exercise is done. If it continues not to go down at least 12 beats, a visit to a cardiologist for a full cardiac workup may be in order just as a precaution.
147426 tn?1317265632 I desperately need someone to take our two threads on who is diagnosed and who languishes in limboland and put them into a simple spreadsheet. I would be happy if just the names got listed, though the other info would be nice, too. We have soo many people now, over 250, and many of you are still active. I feel like a dunce when someone I know asks a question and I can't remember if they got a diagnosis or not.
