293845 tn?1227997530 Hey girls, I'm looking for a workout video to get me back in shape. I want one that I can feel sexy doing. I looked at Carmen Electra's aerobic striptease DVD but it got bad reviews. People said it wasn't much of a workout but they did feel sexier doing it. I also saw the Girls Next Door video and that one got better reviews, people said they were sore from the exercises. But it doesnt have any stripping or anything like that. Does anyone know of a good sexy workout video??

193609 tn?1292180293 one is for more advanced exercisers and the other is for beginners! Even the beginner workout is really hard and you will know you worked out when you are done! I feel great though, knowing I got a workout in!!!

I have researched numerous models by pouring through reviews by people who bought them. The first thing I do is go to the 1 star ratings. With any product. If I see a sizable percentage of people all complaining about the same thing, I figure there's a problem.

Avatar m tn Thanks for your opinion. I thought so.... Lack of long term research and standardization of supplements makes me not want to risk it.. However, if you look at reviews of these fat burners on bodybuilding.com you see thousands of people having tried them.. That makes me think perhaps its ok to consume them in a limited quantity and for a couple months.. Tough situation.... Thanks for recommending the menshealth link. I will try it out...

I'm able to extract that data as a .csv, so it'd be a real time saver to be able to import that data into your MyDietDiary app or even the web-app and translate the workout logs to "calories burned".

On that screen I believe that if one couldn't remember their password. Ha ha....I don't remember; like so many other things in my life, I did something but have no idea how I did it.

1735424 tn?1357433558 I had some gastro pain a couple of weeks after vic was introduced (week 10), this resolved after a couple of weeks. HGB, Platelets, WBCs and ANC were all normal prior to tx and became quite low. Rescue drugs were necessary to keep going. I was in a trial and completed a 43 week tx 6 months ago. It was tough but ok as I pretty much expected. Good luck with your treatment, what week are you in?

Avatar f tn I really recommend pregnancy yoga in your 2nd and 3rd trimester, before that aqua aerobics, swimming, normal yoga and Pilates, gym workout, light jog, stationary bike and cross trainer, anything really as long as you are feeling well and comfortable doing it.
378273 tn?1262097621 Why not start taking take your blood pressure at different intervals, such as immediately prior to exercise, in the middle of a workout, immediately after a workout and an hour after a workout. Keep the results in a log. Then you will be able to better identify the effect of exercise on your blood pressure. Good luck.
Avatar n tn this is very worrisome for me as before this i was on a workout regime but now the doc says i cant workout because i sweat excessively and that could aggravate the problem..i am very very worried and this has ruined my self confidence as being a guy i cant wear tee shirts....and what worries me the most is what if this spreads to my face..... Isnt there any fast, effective cure of folliculitis? I read about "Tetrasil" and was thinking of ordering it but read mixed reviews of it.....
Avatar m tn I have had a couple bouts with unexplained nerve pain. Several months ago experienced sharp pain in right shoulder followed by burning and numbness. It still gives me trouble. I recently experienced a sharp pain in left arm as I was stretching. Now my left tricep and elbow is painful and sensitive to touch. I also get small boils/blisters (almost like festered hairs) on various parts of my body regularly. They can be painful. I don't know if the boils are somehow related to the nerve pain.
