Hi.I have got some question about wisdom tooth problems. My all 4 wisdom teeths are growing. I have jaw stifness. Sometimes ear ringing and I have got little lymphnode on the right side of my neck near jaw maybe 2 centimeters big. May wisdom tooth cause that problems ?

Waiting with wisdom teeth that are growing crooked can make the rest of your teeth go crooked as the wisdom tooth tries to push in. It can also give you a terribly nasty infection, pain in the jaw and tmj problems. All in all, I'd say have them out when there are no other problems but the simple tooth removal. Why wait until there is infection and impaction? If they can't get out because of other teeth and they are crooked, they are impacted. They can only cause a problem.

I have had to get a tooth pulled (not my wisdom tooth) and I had to get 2 root canals done as well they started it in my second trimester. The tooth pulling was the worst I was in pain for a week strait. Densist said it hurt more cuz I couldn't take the ibphrophen and you need the antiinflammatory to help with the pain but after a week I was OK.

I'm 52 and my wisdom (tooth so far) just came in last year. It came in when I had the tooth next to it pulled out. Since it's perfectly good I'm not bothering to get it pulled out, It serves a usefull purpose! I guess it just sat there dormant until it had a place to go. Weird. The other one doesn't show any signs that it is doing anything, I guess it's waiting for the other tooth to be pulled too. I guess my jaw was too short or something, or weird genetics.

All seem to be reluctant to take out wisdom tooth. The tooth rests just over the back tooth and has chipped off the enamel of that tooth. My front teeth are beginning to buckle and am sure that it needs taking out. Please advise treatments for these problems and I can arrange to get it translated into Chinese.

if the problem is a wisdom tooth pull it. if you are using wisdom teeth as an example of never having a tooth pulled and another tooth is the problem get the root canal. root canals sound scary but they cause minimal pain and its better for the overall health of your mouth to keep teeth if possible. good luck!

If this tooth is a wisdom tooth then I would not consider doing the rct unless it is a critical tooth and has sufficient bone support. If it is not important then I might consider filling it, if that doesn't work then extraction is a very viable option.
