because of the location wisdom teeth are almost impossible to remove without the proper instruments. you also risk getting an infection not to mention causing yourself a whole lot of pain. find a dentist that will accept monthly payments and have it removed correctly.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled 5 days ago. I still cannot eat solid foods because my teeth are misaligned. My molars are not completely flat, they have sharp edges arounf the edges. My question is; is this normal? Can it easily be fixed? I am not sure if they are misaligned from right to left or foward or back. I get my sutures removed in two days, but I really want solid foods. When you go to your dentist or oral surgeon to get your examination prior to your wisdom teeth removal, I would go ahead and ask them about it and see if its a possibility. They may do an exam and feel around and see if there's something else going on as well. If everything seems normal, I'd get the wisdom teeth out and then see if the pain persists.

Hi. I have removed two of my top wisdom teeth about 4 hour ago. I asked my dentist to give me the teeth. Now at home, I see that one of them (which its empty socket is now very painful) has some thing like bone tightly clinging on it. the size of this disjoint part of bone is about 1mm x 1cm x 6mm. it is obviously part of my bone. I am so worried about it. Please let me know that it will heal or not! what will happen to that missing part of bone? how long does it take to completely cure?

The pressure feeling may be coming from the movement of the teeth. Its normal to have some pain or discomfort from your wisdom teeth as they come out. Try some over the counter pain medication such as Tylenol or Motrin (whatever you would take for headaches that's safe for you) and see if that helps. I have but mine is with any thing that is salt! i had mine taken out in 08' and they left chipped peices of tooth still in there. right afterwards well the doc said it was the stiches. well two days later i had to dig the chipped peices out! and what not!
