2020005 tn?1628125976 I can do great exercising, I really push myself to get it done, my down fall is seriously eating healthy. I can eat healthy all day long, then at the end of the day cave completely. I can't let myself ignore my hunger breastfeeding or my supply will completely diminish. I've been eating a good breakfast, good lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, and then dinner, and a snack later on. I'm having SUCH a hard time eating healthily.

Avatar f tn Just to clarify, obviously eating a huge amount of calories is a bad idea, I'm more saying there is no set amount of calories that defines a proper diet. The reason is that we differ from one another in how well we digest certain foods, in our metabolism, in all kinds of factors. We all have to find the diet that suits us, not what suits someone else, and as we age, of course, this changes.

Eating whatever you want might get you a healthy baby at birth, but what about your child's growth and development for the rest of their life? I was recommended a book prior to being pregnant called feeding baby green. It explains why good nutrition is important for fetal development.

Avatar n tn Look up "the full plate diet" it's really NOT a diet, but healthy eating. That's what I do, all it is, is a high fiber diet eating lots of whole grains (brown rice, wheat bread, oatmeal) fruits, vegetables and water.

I was shocked to find out I was supposed to be eating 2.5cups of vegetables a day whether I was pregnant or not. I was eating vegetables but definitely not that much. I now use a foid journal app and make sure I get enough serves of vegetables, fruits, dairy, grains, and protein. I've learnt a lot this pregnancy and will probably keep it up when bub is born.

Avatar n tn I was told by doctors and other moms that are friends of mine that you should eat what you are craving, as long as it is food, because it is your bodys way of saying there is something in that item that is missing in your system. I did that with my first son and I am doing it with my second. Also with my first son I didn't worry about the exercise because I knew since he is active inside wait till he arrives.

Avatar n tn Well U have to be strict about ur healthy lifestyle if u want to stay fit and healthy.Eating whats right for the body is very important.Dont waste ur money on food that are not healthy and just are for taste.Eat fruits and healthy veggies so body gets enough nutrients for healthy growth.U also need to have strong will power to control.U can also tell ur family to eat healthy.Make sure they also have the knowledge about right eating if in case they r not eating.
