Now I have hyperpigmentation scars on my arms, shoulders, and chest as well as acne, and am working with a dermatologist to limit the visibility of the scars and control the acne. From this I have learned that I scar very, very easily.
Recently, I had started pulling the hairs from my shins, another part of the disorder. I sometimes still do this but no where near what it was a few months back. Naturally, scars formed after picking/squeezing out the hairs.
When a few months go by, the bump on my face starts looking like a bruise, and does swallow up time to time. When it does break out after a few months, alot of dark, thick blood comes out. I'm just wondering what this might be as it seems very unusual to me that i have such bad acne at the age of 16. Please reply, your thoughts would be much appreciated.

I am 14 and i have acne but it is very common for kids, and teens my age because of the hormonal change i our bodies. Really the only way to prevent serve acne is to just wash your face daily and pull your hair away frm your face. Don't over wash cause this can cause iritation.
s mostly around my chin and now I have scars on top of acne that make me self-conscious and not want to leave the house without make up. Before I had the Mirena I never struggled with acne, I'm just wondering if the acne will go away if I get it removed? I read some women experience worse acne after getting it removed.

sorry for bothering...i have one more question...I thought that the acne scars and this type of scars are very similar...that's why I wanted to do TCA peel... but now you say it isn't...so can you tell me something about this type of scarring...how deep damage is? cause...they seem pretty shallow to me...and all this time i was searching for something that helps with acne scarring (since they seem very similar to me) cause there is nothing about electrolysis scars...

Does anyone know about the scarring after-effects of accutane? I've read several reports of scarring left after it's use. I'm sure that scars are to be expected, as with any open wound, but I don't know if these reports are by anyone with abnormalities with healing/scarring. Here is the situation...
I have mild, maybe slightly moderate acne. I get keloids on other parts of my body, but thankfully not my face. I still get abnormal facial scarring though.
For the scars of acne, treatments with acids and chemical peels can be effective but can take a while for the skin to totally revert to its normal color. Microdermabrasion can also be done, but this might require several sessions. Skin resurfacing using lasers is also an option.

Even if it does go down by squeezing it,it fills back and scars. I just want to know what the hell it is and why its on my face. If i had to compare it to something it looks like a mosquito bite but more movable and acne like. Need some advice... I'm 32 years old and I've been diagnosed with papulopustular Rosacea a year ago.. Nothing really helped (antibiotics, metro cream, noritate, elides..) until I tried soolantra cream which cleared my forehead, nose and cheeks and almost all of my chin.

Yeah, try Conchar Nacar. It's a latin mask made from oyter shell. Great stuff. Use it like 2x a week. It will also help impurities on your skin. Make sure that you mix it before applying. It's a weird texture and looks like oatmeal when you put it on. But I have always used for a mask.
