Im 21 and for the last 2yrs or so like a few days before i get my period my vagina starts itching very badly, it really bothers me and it gets me frustrated. i dnt have any desease, i goot teested thinking it cudv been that. I thought maybe iit cudv been like yiest infection aand ive tried using vagisil n it still keeps happening. Can somebody please tell me whatit is? and how can stop that?

I have been getting a yeast infection every month right before my period comes. This month i went to the doctor because i noticed i was having discharge and it had a bad odor. The doctor said i had BV and gave me Metronidazole, i should take it for seven days twice a day. While i was taking the pill, a yeast infection came. Then i got my period and it started to clear up. That happens every month, i get the infection, my period clears it up. The next month it happens again.

Hey yall, I'm nineteen years old. I have been on BCP for about six months or so. For some reason, a week or two before my last period, I started freaking out that I might be pregnant. My period usually arrives on Day 4 of the placebo pills, but arrived a day early, stopped, and then started a few hours later. It remained for the normal amount of time. I was on medication, however, and I keep seeing differing statements about its effect on birth control.

In late June I was diagnosed with my first yeast infection. I took monistat and diflucan and the infection went away quickly. A couple weeks later I got a UTI. A few days after finishing the antibiotics I began to have the same symptoms as the yeast infection and took diflucan and monistat again. A couple weeks after that irritation I experienced similar symptoms again. I took monistat for a day and I was fine.

but once i itch it it goes away. I have notice when I do itch I get white stuff in my nail. I took a wet wash cloth and i whiped myself with it and the stuff on it was yellow. not a strong yellow more like a baby lite yellow. My husbane thinks it have to do with my Eggs or something. My husband and I had sex a few nights ago and I couldnt get wet. We try it again last time and I couldnt get wet again. Is it good to have sex when I know im going to be starting my period?....

I have tried rx creams and pills. my hubby showers before and i do also and i do after. i made my hubby take the pills for men also just encase. I have litterly tried everything. there is only one size condum my man can use and it has nothing extra just latex condem. because of his um larger size its the only one we can use. i use everythign for sensative skin int he hsower wear loose cotten undies and loose clothes i air out at night i mean i have tried everything..

The less yeast he has the less yeast you will have. Also, I find that during the week before my period starts I am much more prone to yeast infections and of course if I eat a lot of sugar or drink several glasses (sometimes just 1) of wine. It takes a lot of monitoring! Good luck!

I will wake up and get the kids up for school clean and do my home stuff and by four o clock, I feel sore all over I get a fever but not all the time, nausea, chills my whole abdomen hurts and it has radiating pain feels like its my whole mid section all the way around my lower back hurts bad everyday. Seven months ago my boyfriend and I began having sex, and about two weeks later I started my period but noticed that I was having major pain and itching internally and externally towards the end of my period. Time goes on I go to the doctors office and finally have my almost a week late period and I’m relaxed for a little bit. I get the depo and my body starts feeling all outta wack. Here is the deal...my boyfriend lives in Hollywood and I live in SF. When I do see him, we have sex a lot. If I see him for 4 days, I'd say we have sex about 10 times. We've been dating for 2 years...and I get UTI's all the time! It's really annoying. This last time I saw him, I decided that I was going to be extremely adament about peeing before and after sex and drinking a lot of water throughout.

Latly i been getting a lot of yeast infections i never had them before ....when my doctor gave me medicine it was a one day pill i had relief for two days then it came back so i baught a three day treatment from walgreens and its worked for a week or so and now.

We got my boyfriend a diflucan to take but it didnt seem to help. what can i do to stop these other than stopping oral sex completely.

I just wanted to mention that when I had a yeast infection before, I cut out sugars and caffeine from my diet until it stopped and to ease that unbearable itching I used a q-tip and hydrogen peroxide up along the the inside wall where it itches. A couple of minutes between times... about three or four fresh applications of peroxide at one go. Made it go away pretty fast. Then stayed very clean (partner too) and kept sugar intake down. Destress with exercise and water also sets the body right.

It is the second week that I am taking valtrex, why would I get an outbreak? Will I get outbreaks each time my period starts or ends? Is it possible that I have another infection too? Thanks.

today i got a blood test to see if my first test for herpes was correct, however since i am on my period my gyno would not culture down there. as of now it is believed that i have a yeast infection but i just have a bad feeling. should i call my gyno back tomorrow before this clears up and ask to be cultured anyways? or should i wait until this maybe happens again? I'm supposed to go inn next wednesday for cultures ad my results, but the cultures will be pointless then.

I was already experiencing yeast infections pretty often. Since the ring it seems worse. I cant get rid of this YI. Ive tried eating yogurt a lot, eating less sugar, probiotics, vitamin d, putting apple cider vinegar where it itches. I have also tried monistat and the pill my doctor gave me for yeast. Im experiencing a watery discharge. Im 16 and my mom wont help me and i dont have many other options for birth conrtol. She doesnt know im on any.
