Avatar n tn so yesterday i was eating a bowl of top ramen chicken flavor soup and i was coughing more then usual that day. and about 20 minutes after eating the soup i continue to cough and eventually throw up. i through up all the soup along with this black liquid. ive had no stomach pains or any other symptoms. Whats going on? -my friends told me that i should see a doctor because i may have thrown up blood that was sitting in my stomach for a while.

Its not a nauseous feeling, just something telling me I need to go throw up. Its usually in the afternnon or evening, and it's like I didn't digest anything for the day. ALL of the food I've eatin that day comes out the same way it went in. It's almost never broken down and this is HOURS after I've eaten it.
Avatar f tn The last meal has to be with 2 hours before you run...with one hour before if you are hungry eat a fruit or drink a tea..no more. Also don't eat too much fat especially in the day you have your workout.

Avatar f tn Did you throw up before or after the workout? Perhaps the peanut granola bar was not the best thing to put in your stomach... a yogurt might have been better.
Avatar f tn IM still by no means overweight and carry my weight nicely, so why am I so exhausted mentally, physically, and emotionally afterwards all day. I feel as if IM carrying 500 pounds of extra weight after my exercise, so much I've had to stop just in case I continue to feel this way and I have 3 children 6 and under and can't afford to feel this way. My body is so sluggish after exercise. Any input would be much appreciated thanks.

Avatar f tn I went off my percocets ct 12 days ago but yesterday, I couldn't stand the extreme fatigue and knee pain so I took one spit it in half and took it in two separate doses. Has this totally ruined my 12 day streak? I've been reading some pretty inspirational stories on here and I know I've come to the right place to get the answers I seek. Good luck to everyone who has been or is currently in my miserable shoes.
Avatar n tn It's like I do want what's best for me &' I know what to do. I have the things I need in order to complete my workouts, it just I have this feeling like I don't want to. It's crazy because this whole time I've been so eager to workout and so motivated but these past days, I just press the snooze button, I skip my workout &' I have ALL OF THESE REMINDERS for me to workout and yet I don't even put effort into it.

Avatar m tn FYI, my cardio doc office called after i mentioned it and they said the same thing basically. I over did it because my body is not conditioned to that type of work out. since i had no other symptoms and it does not happen with a normal work out, im ok to continue, but to take it slow.

1415174 tn?1453243103 Yes I know what you mean. I think it is wear and tear or repetitive strain from years of that kind of work. I do stretch for about a hour and a half a day before and a little after my workouts. I have to or I couldn't do it. I did find out two things. One was that my computer was set way too high so my positive for my arms was off for a while. I hope that helps. The other is that my trainer has been watching me closely and found that I'm using my traps a lot lately.
Avatar f tn Have you had any past injuries that might cause this? How often are you stretching? Try some good stretching exercises regularly to see if that helps, if not- it sounds like you should get to the doctor to have them take a closer look at what the cause of this might be.
Avatar m tn I threw up but during i felt something in my head give way. After i was done throwing up i noticed my eyes where dark dark red and my face was swollen. It felt like I was hanging upside down and all the blood was rushing to my head. I waited a few minutes to see if it would go away, it didnt. I got an ice bag and put it on my head, still swollen. My friend checked my pupils and said they where non responsive to changes in light.
Avatar m tn It is always good to be hydrated before cardio workout, Just keep it to one glass. If you want to maximize your cardio try 1 banana 45 minutes before. This doesn't affect the fat that you are going to burn and will give you the energy you'll need to perfom better. Also try to eat some carbs after, honey, oat etc. This will increase the amount of glycose stored in your liver and give you more endurance the next time you're going to train.
1091003 tn?1257710173 I woke up this morning and felt find then decided I would do my core workout. About 10 minutes after my workout I started having skipped, irregular heartbeats. I think it was an anxiety attack but not sure. Everything I read says exercise should decrease stress. So I was wondering why and what would trigger a panic attack after exercise. It was a good workout and I had positive thoughts throughout.
Avatar n tn I took it a bit slower and paid close attention to how my neck felt throughout. After I was done, my neck did hurt a little, but not nearly as bad as it did the first time. As far as I can tell, it was holding my neck a bit off the ground the whole time that was causing it. Joy, Thanks for the link, I'll check that out.
