I’m usually facing a white wall in a pretty dim room upon waking up, but for a second most mornings I see dark dots all over my vision only when I first open my eyes. If I close them again for a few seconds, I still see dark dots in my vision for just a second before the wall is clear. Any explanation for this? Is it a symptom of migraines with aura? I’m hoping it’s nothing serious that’s been overlooked.
Well I am 64 sleep naked and wake up with an erection every morning, I jump out of bed and say to my wife "hi honey I am up", she says "yes I can see that", why do I wake up like that ?, simple, I need to take a pee, as soon as I empty my bladder everything returns to normal, being sexualy active probably helps but having sex first thing in the morning is out, I love my Corn Flakes to much, maybe after a shower things are better for me.
After I recovered from that then this is when i started having problems opening my eyes after waking up. Sometimes I experience pain because of inflammation due to the extreme dryness of my eyes. I kept asking God what could this be and so i started doing my research on the internet and so forth. Well finally tracked down how the cause of this started. I use an eye brown growth stimulator to help my eye brows grow and i did apply a bit on my eye lids to help them grow also.
I tried the genteal gel which consists of mineral oil. That just made my eyes blurry for hours after I woke up. I only tried it one night. Perhaps I should continue using it? I use a warm compress nightly along with keeping my eyes clean and lubricated. I even tried the plugs for less than 24 hours but no way can I deal with those. They were awful. I consider my eyes more important that anything else on my body.
I never experienced this situation before. When I wake I have difficulty opening my eyes. The feel like they are stuck and won't open. I need to put eyes drops to make them work. It started about 3 weeks after I had my cataract surgery. I was instructed to use Durezol anti-inflammatory drops which I continue to use and need to continue for another 4 weeks according to the doctor's instructions.
Just normal nights at home with the girlfriend, ya know, go to bed usual time, BUT when I woke in the morning, I opened my eyes and when I looked up, my ceiling was covered with ants! I scanned the roof to the wall closest to my bed, the arcatrave to midway down the wall was also covered with ants, as I sat up and looked behind me a huntsman spider (about the size of a mans hand) scuttled across the top of the ants and disappeared behind my blinds. This blew my freaking mind!

and before I know it, its been 5 months since Ive been back to work out. But my question today= Whenever I wake up--after Ive been to sleep, my heart is going NUTS. I mean, It is beating hard, and VERY irregular. Now, I dont mean every beat is irregular, but in a minute I counted between 7 & 10 "skipped" beats. It doesnt matter if I go to sleep and wake up at 1am....or 3am...or I sleep all night, and wake up for the day at 7am. I have NEVER had this before.....has anyone else??
Last July, I visited my boyfriend and the first day I'm there I am fine. Then the next day I start getting itchy hives on my chest and upper back. Sometimes, it starts itching around my eyes. Then I wake up the next morning and my eyelids are puffy/swollen. Now, I've been visiting my boyfriend since the summer of 2008 and I have never had any problems until July of 2010. Now everytime I go there, I end up with hives and the swollen eyelids. I visit my boyfriend 1 weekend a month.
This doesn't happen overnight, but at least once a week. I go to sleep and during a dream, I wake up but my body is still sleeping. I can hear everything going on around me, but my body isn't awake.I try to move or scream so my husband will wake me. I hear myself making noises, or feel myself moving, but it really isn't happening. It lasts for maybe 30 seconds or up to a minute. When I do wake up, I am very scared.
Before I went to bed last night my eyes were really red and when I woke up this morning my eyes were swollen on the top and bottom. What are some ways to make the swelling go down. I went to a heath center today and they gave me some Medicine and it is working but my eyes are still swollen. What are some other things that I can do to prevent the itching and make the swelling go down faster???
ve had a weird thing happen in the mornings. When I wake up, like when I open my eyes for the first time in the day (or sometimes at night if I get up to go to the bathroom), I'll see a ring of light, or almost an orb of light, for a second or two, and then it goes away. It's almost like a flash or light, but it's in a circular shape. It seems almost like I'm seeing my eyes open from the wrong end, if that makes any sense.
Hello! So I get pretty bad headaches when I wake up in the mornings. It's not all the time, but when it does happen it's really bad. The light hurts and my brain feels like it's about to explode. The pain is concentrated on the lower back of my brain; what I associate to be near the cerebellum. Once I get up and move around I'm fine, but if I try to lay down again, it'll hurt again.
The doctor prescribed glasses for computer and reading since I am nearing 40 and he says that it seems to be eye strain, but I am not convinced. My eye hurts the minute I wake up and does not get better when I am not reading or working on the computer. I have been getting headaches behind this eye, and have now started to feel pressure next to my nose (sinus?) Some days are worse than others, but seems to be getting worse overall. The other day I took an allergy pill and it seemed to help......

My dog died today. When i woke up she was dead. her right leg and right arm were swollen, as well as her outter vagina. she had vomit in her mouth and she had fecies spurted out of her derrier. she was lying on the right side of her body.she had been sick i guess for a week, but i didn't notice until the 2 days before she died.i tried taking her to the vet the day before she died and they were closed, but since i saw no injury in her i didn't take her to the hospital.
When i wake up, while i'm still tired, when i open my eyes, i see my vision snapping from double vision into normal single vision.
While in this state of tiredness, if i close my eyes (even just to blink) i can feel my eyes go misaligned and as soon is i open them again they snap back into alignment.
When i get up and stop being tired, the problem is gone.
No one has been able to figure this one out. It is at its worse i the Morning when I wake up. The eye lid is full of fluid, which looks like my tears . It drains slowly throughout the day and fills back up over night. I've taken antibiotics, Steroid drops, ointments . Nothing has worked. I thought it was allergies because the exact same thing happened to me last year and it lasted for 2 months and went away on its own. I don't want to go through another two months of this agony.
My daughter is 29 months old (almost 2 1/2) and when I wake her up from sleeping (like getting out of the car seat or to move her in bed) she shakes. Her eyes are open and she does not respond to me until the shaking ends (which can last up to a min. or so). It doesn't seem to matter how long she's been asleep or anything like that, she still will shake. Is this something I need to be concerned about to bring up to my doctor or to see a nero?
I have been debating whether or not I should see a specialist. It would be nice just to know exactly what I'm allergic to.
I just don't undertand why I don't sneeze while I'm lying down, but as soon as I stand up I start sneezing. I also don't understand why I have these stupid allergies now. I haven't had them my whole life and now all the sudden I do. :(
