hi my friend had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a CSW , after three months he did Hiv-1,2 antibody combo test i came back with negative , but one week before he had influenza b positive , for this one he took oseltamivir tablet 75 mg tablet 9 nos for 5 days , these tablets can affect the test result? Kindly confirm he needs to check again three months antibody test is conclusive.

My whole family has gotten a bad cough, but I got it the worst. Went to see my Dr. who took a CBC and my lymphocytes were low. 14 when the normal range begins at 23.
I am still very sick. I have chills. I have night sweats.
Google "low lymphocytes" and nothing but HIV comes up. I'm terrified. I'll see my Dr. next week.

You could also talk to your doctor about recurrent ob doses which is 2 grams twice in one day, 12 hours apart. Its not necessary to take it more than one day for the greatest benifit.

My son has POTS. Have you had a Tilt Table Test? Basically if you get diagnosed with POTS, they will try to treat the symptoms but there is no cure. My son has most of the symptoms you listed, he has never fainted though. With medications they have been able to get all of his symptoms under control, except the nausea. We are still working on that one, which happens to be his most debilitating symptom unfortunately.

I was placed on 500mg metformin, told to cut out process/refined sugar, carbs, and be re-tested. This process has continued and now I am on 2000 mg of metformin and my levels are actually higher. I have not been perfect with the diet but certainly much better than before.

if possible make a resistance test because we have viral resistance to the drugs even before taking them, lamivudine and adefovir resistance happen also naturally, but if you choose tenofovir you might skip resistance test
i also see you are hbe negative, pretreatment with nitazoxanide 4 weeks minimum will help clear much of hbsag too, i am on etv+ntz and cleared 55% hbsag in 4 weeks
Does anyone else out there think that there are some people who are just plain old resistant,physically,that is,to any drugs that might help them with their anxiety/depression? I am beginning to wonder if that is true for me.
If no drug resistance on NUCs within my life time, can I regard the NUC therapy as a good way that makes HBV has no impact on the life span?

5 mg and 1mg in regards to resistance. Will 0.5 mg of entecavir cause resistance in patients who never have been on any nucs and no polymerase resistance detected vs 1mg. My doctor wants me to take 1mg vs 0.5 mg but I have been been on any nucs and show no resistance to any nucs during genotype testing.
