but anyway. i drunk after someone back in jan an i keep getting white things in my tonsils. they will stay there for a while then go away. then come back, i have no sore throat, just the white things that smell horrible and make my breath smell horrible. is this associated with hiv? and sometimes i have slight itching in the vagina but no discharge or burning. please any advice would help.

Hi the only real std symptom is discharge from penis but it would need to be a white puss discharge with burning while urinating. Clear discharge could be a symptom of a recent infection as the urethra is trying to sooth inflamed tissues but the white would surely follow.
What was your exposure to std,s?
And then I found that now there are areas of white spots in my throat. I think these white spots were not there when I visited my doctor because it wasn't sore at the time and he would have obviously noticed them had they been there.
So should I be worried now about oral gonorrhea and revisit the doctor before the test results are out? Or does it sound like other kinds of infection? Any input will be appreciated.

Hello. I am new to all this so I apologize if this question was already asked. 5 weeks ago i had unprotected vaginal sex with a co worker. It didn't just happen once. The 2nd time we had oral sex too, unprotected. About 3 weeks after we had our first sex, I noticed 3 red round thing like a rash on my lower belly. It was itchy at first and the itch slowly went away. Then a week later I had mild sore throat and it was gone the 3rd day. A week later, my ankle joints started to hurt.
Two days later, on Wednesday, I noticed a slight to moderate burn (maybe 4 on a scale of 10) when I urinated. an hour or two later, there was a small white discharge. The discharge overall was mostly clear but occasionally white; the longer I went without urinating, the most likely it was to be white. It was odorless.

Welcome to the STD forum. You undoubtedly mean HSV (herpes simplex virus), not HPV (human papillomavirus).
Oral infections with HSV-2 are quite rare. Most likely your commercial partner doesn't have genital herpes (most CSWs don't have it); and if she did, the odds are small that she was shedding the virus; even then, the mouth and throat are not highly susceptible to HSV-2; and finally your symptoms don't sound like a new HSV oral infection.

Since then everything has been protected sex. About 9 months ago I had a yellow/white discharge out of my penis, and horrible dysuria, about two days later I developed a sore throat.
I went to the doctor immediately and he checked for sores in my mouth and on my penis and found nothing, tested me for ghonorhea and chlamydia which both came back negative. So he put me on antibiotics.
A month passed and I went back still with the same symptoms painful urination, sore throat etc..
