Avatar m tn Whey protein is the highest-quality and fastest-digesting form of protein. Typically consume whey protein post-workout to speed up the muscle repair and recovery process. Whey is sold in powder form and ready-to-drink shakes for quick consumption. I suggest only buying whey concentrate! It depends of what you prefer, big muscles or health. My nutritionist, who I do like, wants me to drink whey protein shakes (1 per day) to get my protein levels up. Avatar m tn I take pre-workout supplements (Muscle Pharm Assault) which contain L-Arginine and Beta Alinine (nitric oxide), which I read doesnt go well when taken at the same time as Viagra. In addition, I take Creatine and Whey Protein as well. I am not planning on taking them at the same time though. Could you advise if it is safe to take these on the days when I am not having Viagra. Also, how long do I need to wait before I can take them.
