m only 25w 5d I had some pretty bad contractions for an hour every 10 minutes. Defiantly not Braxton hicks. Low and in the back too. Yesterday I lost part of my mucus plug. But the contractions stopped and now I just feel sick. I can't go to the hospital because of the snow being so bad. Now I just want to sleep. 3rd baby and I have a placenta previa.

Theyre stronger than my normal braxton hicks but theyre not getting stronger unfortunately

Braxton Hicks for sure when you start getting the "real" ones you will know because they hurt and just get worse im over due now at 40 weeks and 4 days and i have gotten braxton hicks since 18 weeks and real contractions since 35 on and off but the real ones suck

Braxton hicks can do that to you. They can be just as painful as the real one. I was in the hospital for two hours and it was just painful Braxton hicks . I was also told I might be in early labor . They think I might make it to 36 but not further than that .

if they are 10 to 15 min apart regularly that is definitely contractions. Braxton hicks is irregular and goes away when you change position (like laying down if standing and vise versa) or changing activity even.

Braxton hicks just drink water and massage it that way it goes away..

With my first I started getting Braxton hicks around 20weeks wich is completely normal and with my 2nd I have had Braxton hicks since I was 13-14weeks which is also normal for already having a kid:) most wont get braxton hicks until around 19-24 weeks

I don't think so I would ask your Dr. For sure usually women get braxton hicks but not until later on in pregnancy when your body is preparing you for labor....

I'm not to sure they say people get confused between Braxton hicks and contractions so I'm Guessing so but don't take me word on that.

I had a week or so where I was feeling crampy and in fact it got quite painful...especially felt it when I was trying to do my walking....I had to stop a few times. As I rested it went away. I get that to my stomach feels like a rock when I get them lol. Its just Braxton hicks contractions. That's normal. And being 35 weeks it's also normal to be uncomfortable.

Braxton hicks contractions. My doctor told me that not every woman even realizes they're having them, it depends on how sensitive she is.
