i stopped about 2 or 3 months before any ilight>ofilight> ilight>thisilight> came up. Currently i can't do much without feeling totally ilight>outilight> ilight>ofilight> ilight>breathilight> and energy. it is odd that it came on like this because i was very active in TaeKwonDo. i've had my black belt for about 8 months now and had been working out quite a bit but when this hit it went to zero immediately. i am hoping that there will be some resolution to this soon.

i was diagnosed with bronchial asthma when i was little. i am 47, & my symptoms have changed with the place and house where i have lived. i don't need to get oxygen anymore, or have the same wheeze, but i still get out of breath and weak going up the stairs, or uphill, or with anything a little aerobic. i never could run . (i could, however, swim underwater and do acrobatics as a child, and in recent years could rollerblade and bike - not fast & not uphill.

She gave me an inhaler for when i exercise, do it 15 minutes before and see if that helps. i have to go back for a CT scan in May for the spot on my lung and she is having me do a home sleep study.
