If you had cysts with the low dose - I wouldn't take the high dose without being monitored. I would stick to the lower dose of Femara =) I'm planning on that this month.
What are you doing different this time? Are you going to meetings, counseling, anything? Do you binge on extras, when you need them or have you used as prescribed always. If it's only the sick, remember that a month is a short time in measuring your life. Years pass so quickly, and more is need to even prevent the sick. How long is long enough. I believe in making a plan while not sick, telling others, and srtick to it.

1.25 is a bit high of a dose to jump, but doable. I found lunesta worked one night, then I had to wait a few nights to take it again. You might try taking a combination of Valerian and Melatonin when you stop the Lunesta. I was taking Lunesta in my early withdrawals and it did make me sleep, but that nasty taste was to much for me. I must say I haven't really slept really well since, but the herbs I mention do help somewhat, I take a hot bath before bed then I take them. From what I've heard Lunesta withdrawals are mainly mental, but you can get addicted to just about anything.
