Hormones work in loops - so the doctor can tell the source of the issue as they can see that the pituitary is not signally the ovaries with LH and FSH (both are low) and the ovaries in turn are not receiving any signal so are not answering with any estrogen. I can tell you that pituitary lesions can be very tiny and some are so small that they cannot be seen, but most secrete (cause hormones to go high) rather than make them go low. I am not familiar with that set of hormones.

I'm on CD 88. Took Provera and did not have bleeding or spotting within 10 days after. Did blood work and it showed FSH: 6, LH: 1, TSH: 2.54. I did temping and OPKs and I'm pretty sure I did not ovulate. Before that I was on BCP (0.035 ethinyl estradiol & 0.25 norgestimate) and had very regular periods. What next? Clomid to stimulate ovulation? Clomid followed by estrogen? BCP to reset the cycle?

You posted on an old thread that's from 2008. You should start your own thread so you have one that is dedicated to you. These older threads tend to get overlooked. An opiate is an opiate so switching from vicodin to percocet will not help. Sure, it will get you off the vicodin but you will then be hooked on percocet. Our brain can't tell the difference between the two. All it cares about is that you're filling the receptors.

I aked him about the twitching and he said is a common syptom of radiculopathy.But the thing is i have them on belly and face as well.But the truth is i had those after o notice and worries about twiching to be honest.So i dont know what to make of it. 1)Also what if someone both have radiculopathies and als? what difference lead the neurologist to believe its not als but radiculopathy? 2)also i noticed mouth paresthesia like buzzing or tingling in mouth and tongue?
