I am currently taking 400 mg of gabapentin 3x a day along with, Metformin 500 mg 1 a day, Tripilix 135 mg 1 time daily, Tizanidine 4 mg 3 times daily, Diclofnac 50 mg 3 times daily, Nexium 40 mg 1 time daily, trazadone 25 mg 1 time at bed (for sleep), and escitalopram 10 mg 1 at bed, ibuprofin 600 mg as needed, and sumatriptan 25 mg as needed ft or migraines, I have looked up every drug interaction with gabapentin and found all safe to take except for my anitdepressent escitalopram 20 mg once
