"cholestero (sic) is 193. " Is that total cholesterol? If so, take a look at the HDL, LDL and Triglycerides individually, and see what they are. As noted above, total cholesterol is a calculation of all three. And as goolarra said, it's more important raise HDL than to lower LDL.
