Hello, My son is of 5 yrs old. I found at the end of foreskin of pennis small cist (water bubble) kind of thing, it is since last one month. Some time he feels mild itching, no burning during urination and no pain in effected area. I applied Mupirocin ointment externally and given antibiotic Amoxycillin for 5 days on advise of a general doctor, no improvement.
On the third day, I applied crushed garlic. Then the next day, I applied mometasone ointment which made it dry up and peel. However, a good portion of the rash is still there. I still have not noticed any blisters. I'm treating it now with apple cider vinegar and the rash (along with other portions of my testicles which come into contact with ACV) turns white. Is this herpes or is this yeast infection?
i have this condition for over a year and a half and i have seen 3 dermatologist that said that i have Psoriasis and gave me Clobetasol propionate ointment 0.05%, i used it for 3 weeks but it didn't help.
i saw a pharmacist that said that the peels in my skin are too soft to be a Psoriasis and diagnose my condition as an Eczema and gave me a Mometasone (furoate): Ointment/Cream 1mg/g (0.1%).
this didn't help either

I had some dry skin patches problem for same I was taking the treatment. My Dr prescribed me to use Mometasone Furoate cream for dry patches on my skin. But while travelling in a flight I felt my whole face was drying up severly so I applied it on my face around 5-6 time (after applying my moisturizer first ) on same day. Beside that I ate very-very spice food on that day. It was so much spicy that it brought blood in my nasals.
Try an over-the-counter (OTC) cream or ointment containing hydrocortisone (Cortaid, Preparation H),but it is to be applied sparingly to the affected area. A protective ointment that contains zinc oxide (Desitin, Balmex) also may help. If your symptoms are worse at night, please take an antihistamine like Benadryl to reduce itching until topical treatments take effect.

I must inform you about the fact that I have been regularly using Melacare for the past 3 years and I read from few articles on the net that , prolonged application of mometasone creams can lead to skin atrophy since memetasone is a steroid. Now my question what can I apply to reverse this skin atrophy condition or will this actually self-heal the natural way ? would be very grateful to you if you would let me know at the earliest possible time. This process lasts for weeks and i am not getting the answers i want from my dermotologist who says that it is impossible to be getting this from oral sex. I stopped for two months just to see and sure enough, BAM i got it again after oral sex. The dermotologist gives me a shot of something (i have no clue, but am guessing some kind of steroid) and that seems to take away the inflammation and burning. He also gives me betamethasone valerate foam.
I wondering if someone can help me i been having problems with my feet since Feb 1st,2013 been seeing alot of doctors lately ever since now till this day i have been giving alot of meds like creams and ointments like Dovobets,Clobetasol, Hydrocortisone 2.5%, mometasone furoate ointment alot of other meds i discarded. None of these meds are helping its just making it worst with fissures and cracks.
You will all will be fine...relax there are so many more major things that you and your wife are exposed to on a daily basis that are 1000x more damaging to your health than mometasone furoate cream. Hell there is worse chemicals in your food than what's in the cream.
Used mebhydrolin,cetrizine,fexofenadine, for prophylexis,got result but no complete recovery. Taking mometasone masal spray, got result, but not complete respite. How to get rid of it?

The skin on the underside of my penis, the area where it is wrinkled when flaccid, looks little red and feel burning while the foreskin is pushed back since 15 days or so. It checked out by doctor recently and advised HH DERM cream (Mometasone furoate +Fusidic Acid + Clotrimazole ), told not an STD.
This sounds like irritation, for which mometasone, a mild steroid, is a good treatment. 5 days is about right. Redness can last for a couple of weeks after irritation goes away. You should ignore it. If the burning returns, try the mometasone again for a couple of days. Stay in touch with your doctor for further advice. No need for another opinion--it sounds as though you got the right one the first time around.

It is as if the condition is immune to the medication. The legs and arms are covered with what look like insect bites 5-10 mm in size and scratched open in the center.
