Okay I will try that, and I heard the milk tea does taste gross :/ but red reasberry leaf tea is supposed to help better then the milk tea, I'm trying everything lol and I use the pump a little more then breast feeding but I just went back to just breast feeding because I think it helps with my milk production as well

ve researched that myself and the only thing they found beneficial was that it helped abit with milk supply but so does raspberry leaf tea so I'd rather drink tea than eat placenta lol.

I might give the raspberry tea a go then start eating pineapple as that's supposed work to so I've heard,I don't think id be able to try the milk and orange thing as I don't like milk it makes me feel sick,I guess it's just a waiting game now x

Put a tea spoon of honey and a couple of drops of lemon in your tea and instead of putting milk but in cold water. And just sip on it. Try it for a week or so. It does not taste the chestnut it works.

No salt, no additives and I hated it. Potatoes without salt taste like cardboard and the green cabbage was like chewing paper. Anyway, I did eat it all and it was the only meal I ate yesterday. I've had no sugar or dairy. I love my tea and today I have purchased soy milk to put in it, dairy free. Sheesh, I opened the container and nearly fell over with the stench. The milk smells like something that has escaped from a drain system and I'm not kidding.
