They do not sound like something serious. It sounds somewhat like normal anatomy. To be sure, have your dentist or an oral surgeon take a look.
No idea what you mean by bumps on your tongue. You might also want to get tested for covid, it is a pandemic after all. A nutritionist can also send you for a test for nutrient deficiencies. Does what you're describing sound like a B12 deficiency? Who knows? Could be a million things and nothing at all. Are you a vegan or vegetarian? Hard to get B12 if you are. But again, the only way to find out is to get tested for it.

I have these weird, raised, and various sized bumps on my tongue towards the back and on both sides of my tongue, on the lower half. My tongue feels swollen on both lower sides of my tongue towards the bottom... It is somewhat painful... Just very irritating. Please, someone tell me what is wrong!! I am a very paranoid person in nature and the slightest oddity of my body stresses me out. All I can say for sure is that these bumps are not normal and werent there in the past.
Hello, I've been getting white bumps on my tongue since I was a kid and I'm in my 20's now. My grandmother use to tell me they were lie bumps and sure enough when I told a big lie one would appear on my tongue the next day or few.lol.
But the explanation for this is that when you lie about something that ur nervouse about something happens to your body.
I noticed a cluster of bumps on the very back of my tongue. I only see them when i stick my tongue out very far. They are behind the "v" of papillae and just above the epiglottis (the thing that closes over the trachea. i dont know if thats the right term). Any ways, they dont hurt at all, but i just noticed them recently.... Anyone know what these are?
I think the bumps on your tongue are called Transient lingual papillitis. They're those tiny things that go away on their own and can be caused by too much salt intake. I often get them on the under side of my tongue. I have a bump very similar to that on the roof of my mouth in the back.
I just ate garlic bread, so I'm wondering if these bumps can also occur on the roof of your mouth? I mean I literally just noticed it.

I have bumps on my tongue and on the side of it. Also, under my tongue small white bumps with a couple of water blister looking bumps. I have thick mucus. I have a blister in the roof of my mouth. My diflucan was increased recently to 400mg per day. I took them until the inside of my legs felt blistered. They did nothing to help with my mouth. My tongue burns. I have also tried going without sweets, carbs, and diary for about 3 months with no improvement.
Makes sense since lots of different chemical reactions from the food you eat. Bumps on the back of the tongue are normal.

As you can see its just in the middle of the tongue? When i try scrapping it off i just get a wierd flem but the spots still stay (Some times you can see each individuale spot slightly rasied)
What do you think it is doc??
I scratched my eye lid and now I get little bumps that appear on my lips (They feel like sandpaper when I touch them with my tongue) they come and go over the weeks and they are alittle sore but they dont hurt alot!! I also feel fatigued and I loose my appetite quickly even when I'm starving?? Do you know if this is a disease that my doctor cant detect through my blood. or what this can be???? I know what the test say but I actually want to get a biopsy of other tests done!!
The bumps on my tongue have a different pain than the spots on the roof of my mouth. And they aren’t any risen or anything like the ones on my tongue were bumps but the spots on the roof of my mouth are kinda just like there. I’ve only had stuff on the tip and sides of my tongue then on the roof of my mouth, nothing on my gums, inside of my cheeks, or lips.
