Avatar f tn When your tracker is open, if you scroll down, you will see your stats and progress in a box just under the tracker. You can also add that to your profile, so you can see it without having to open the tracker. In the upper right of the stats box, you can click on "Add to profile", and it will put a widget/box on your profile for easier viewing. I hope this helps, but let us know if you have further questions/concerns/requests.
10947 tn?1281404252 Want to add a mental note or before-and-after shots? You can add a journal associated with your weight tracker as a diary of your thoughts and as a collection of your photos. You can also view your friend's public weight trackers and give them support by leaving them a note on their tracker page. You can access the Weight Tracker by clicking on the "Trackers" link at the top of the community, or on the "Trackers" tab on My MedHelp.

783304 tn?1283395088 I was just wondering if there was a way to go back to my weight tracker in 2009? It kept my info of my starting weight and my goal but I can't seem to see my chart.
131114 tn?1380083190 hi emily- thks- i can not see the chart, and when i go to my tracker page, there is nothing but the blank slate to add data to. where or how do i see the "curve" of all that i have entered. can you go look at my tracker to see what it is doing?
586373 tn?1312031791 Hi there - The numbers are sitting in the spaces on the weight chart, and not on the lines, because it's reflecting the ounces you have. For example, if you weigh 118.0 lbs, your mark would be on the bottom of the space. If you weigh 118.6 lbs, it would be higher in the little space. I'll pass on your thoughts about the BMI chart, and it is something we are considering. Thanks for your thoughts, and let us know if you have further concerns.
522699 tn?1250590716 I have my own database where I chart my steps and daily weight.... I have weekly targets...70,000+ for my steps and 12,600 or under for calories....

684030 tn?1415612323 ve been unable to access my trackers (specifically, the Exercise; Ovulation; Menopause; Menstrual and Weight trackers.) What happens is that when I click over a particular tracker icon for the purpose of gaining access/ entering data, I get what appears to be a partial or incomplete upload of the tracker chart. I see the moving pinwheel in the center... you know, the one with the hearts spinning in a circular motion during the upload process.

Avatar f tn On the ovulation tracker, i no what the bbt stands for, but what does the fam and self mean on that tracker? Im using the tracker from this site, and does the tracker give you a indication of when it expects you to ovulate?
684175 tn?1295477838 Thanks for the suggestion. We will be adding these measurements to the weight tracker shortly and will let you know when it's available.
483733 tn?1326798446 For me the trackers are for me - so it does not matter how I use them as long as they make sense to me- for instance I do crunches and stretches and a few arm exercises every day - I put them on my weight tracker as Yoga and pilates- of course strictly speaking they arent either but I know what they mean and know when the block is missing what I have not done..... hope this makes sense.
502219 tn?1311357910 Can you let us know what you would need on the Hep C Tracker and we can send this to our development team for suggestion. Thanks so much.

1380032 tn?1416252428 I set up a weight loss tracker, and have so far entered my weight a couple of times. Perhaps I am missing something, but what I have not found so far is a place where my weight loss progress is shown. I mean...I enter my weight, but then all I can see is my most recent entry, when what I was hoping for is something that shows how much I have lost, how far I am from my goal, and that kind of thing. If anyone has any ideas about this I'd really appreciate it....thanks!
Avatar f tn When I added "My Mood" Iphone app, it created a "mood" graph. I want to get rid of that and just have "average mood" listed. Now when I print my chart I have to cut and paste so I can have my average mood lined up with the date. It's a pain. Is there a fix for this?
Avatar f tn 1) Dosage of medications per day, as this helps the P. (and myself) to evaluate the effect on a certain amount, raise or lowering of dosage of each medication. Would it be possible to add Amitriptiline as AD? 2) A way to link the Sleep Tracker with my Mood Tracker, as sleep seems to have a lot of incidence on bipolar, it's regularity and amount ... leading to hypomania for instance.
