I put pepper and lemon and apple cider vinegar
on my cucumber (it tastes good), two hours later, I'll eat the apple
, while drinking another 32oz of water. Then for dinner, I'll eat 4 oz protein, a handful of cherry tomatoes cut in half marinated in lemon, apple cider vinegar, peppler and drink another 32oz water. If I'm still hungry, I'll eat the apple or I'll wait another two hours to eat the other apple. You could eat that apple for breakfast if you wish.
