I'm a 16 year old girl and I'm pretty tall for my age and for a girl-- 6 feet tall. I've always told myself that my height is what makes my weight so high, but recently, I've come to terms with knowing that my health isn't a problem right now, but if I don't get healthier it will be one. I need tips on how to lose some weight. I'm open to activities to lose weight, but few I can do, because of my joints. So, if anyone has any ideas, please give me some.
