weight loss though is, Acai. This berry pill works great. I also drink pretty much nothing but tea. Dandelion Root tea, and many others. All caffeine free of course. I only eat fruit on an empty stomach. For exercise I just work out on the Wii Fitness for 1/2 an hour a day. This works really well for me.
