Avatar f tn The other thing I did was to switch up my exercise routine, using intervals and sometimes, limiting myself to only 30 minutes at the gym every so often so I would really push as hard as possible. It helped me drop about 10 pounds that I hadn't managed to budge in years of countless hours at the gym. Good luck!

I think most people do something more than walking because lifting weights or running gets to the same place faster than walking, and people don't have a lot of time. The other thing is, when you're really in the zone whether walking or running, it doesn't matter if it's cold or raining.

Good luck to you!! Oh, and fyi you'd be amazed at how fast the baby weight drops off after you give birth (at least for me it did) so go ahead and indulge a little for now and don't let it bother you.
