I am 24 years old guy and surprisingly i have managed to reduce 25 kg
weight in a span of 8 months (acceptable) but before i started my
weight loss regime i had PUFFY NIPPLES and FAT ACCUMULATED on the CHEST AREA,,even after losing 25 kg of weight there hasnt been any significant improvement in my chest area so my question is how can i get ripped chest muscles and how can i get rid of MAN BOOBS, PLEASE HELP
