I am confused as to if table salt iodized contain potassium ? does rock salt contain potassium? Does soy products contain potassium? Please reply if anyone knows which is the type of salt is the one which does not contain potassium but Only sodium.. the net search gives confusing replies... .... How can low sodium be increased and high potassium be reduced ...Please give ideas if any one knows ..Thanx ..

d say just stay away from potassium supplements or salt substitutes like Mrs. Dash and you will probably be ok. I have tried bottled water, letting water sit in the frig, yet the only water she will drink is the water I mix in her gravy train food. Sodium Chloride is table salt.....i dont know of any abusive/addictive characteristics of the liquid form. maybe the bottle is mislabeled?
