You can sprinkle it on your yogurt, or cereal or fruit. You can boil some cinnamon stick in your tea. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon is too much, however - cinnamon is a strong spice. It is also a blood thinner so should not be used with blood thinner druge (e.g. warfarin). It should be used, however, IN CONJUNCTION WITH proper diet, exercise, and weight loss.
low-fat diet (gallstones) avoiding dark leafy greens (DVT and warfarin) trying to lose weight so managing calories. Problems with legs and fatigue, so haven't been exercising. When I'm feeling better I work out three times a week - but it's been a long time since I was able to do that.
I'm overweight, take a daily prescribed regimen of baby aspirin, multi-vitamin, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D, and 6mg warfarin. I'm a lymphoma cancer survivor (2 years beyond chemo), don't smoke, drink alcohol only occasionally in moderation and even less caffeine, exercise somewhat irregularly, had lots of ear aches as a child associated with bronchitis but because I'm 61 now I don't think my childhood ear aches have anything to do with it.
Ian you have to understand two things that Vitamin K is a pro-coagulant and Warfarin is an anti-coagulant. Hence if you are taking both at present, then you need to discuss this issue with your PCP. I have been to about 30 doctors- including ENT's allergists, neurologists, chiropracters, opthamologists. psychologists, dentists and everything else u can think of. All CT scans, MRI of brain and blood work keep coming back clean and ok. Nothing I try seems to work. There was a period of time about 3 and a half years ago that the symptoms lifted for about 4 months and then it returned full force.

Additionally, if I stay too long in my hot tub the chlorine messes with me and MORE yeasties. Yuck. I also eat aaaaaaaaaaalot of sugar in the form of candy. Yum.

I made a cucumber, plain yogurt, sesame seed and flax-seed smoothie, to build myself up, and still feel like I'm recovering, 1 yr post Hemolytic Anemia.
There is no such thing as a cure from homeopathic t reatments. NONE. Ever. Liver enzymes can go up and down and up and down constantly - but it doesn't mean you are being cured...only interferon can do that - kill off the virus so it is not attacking you. It's not really so bad and with it we have a good chance of really being cured. For me a stage 3...that was all I needed to know. If there was proof that even ONE person was EVER cured with homeopathic meds that would be a marvelous thing.
I have been extremely effected by the side effects.Mostly memory and spelling.I have tingling in the fingers and toes.I also have little appetite and have lost 17lbs.Witch is great for me. It scares me, especially since my husband had brain surgery less than 2 years ago- (symptoms completely different of course) I am 35 years old, the only time I remember hitting my head really hard is when I was in elementary school and I fell and hit my head on a tile floor. I have had a history of passing out and having seizures but the doctors never figured out for sure what caused it and it hasn't happened for a few years.
It started off as every now and then but for the last month it is all the time 24/7. It is really taking a toll on my life. It is so bad it wakes me up and prevents me from falling asleep. I have had thyroid, hormones, mri, ct scan and many other tests. The only test that came back questionable was my ANA, it is positive, speckled pattern. My RA factor was negative. I have no diagnosis as of yet. I do have Epstein Barr virus too.
