Vyvanse no prescription

Common Questions and Answers about Vyvanse no prescription

Hello, I have been prescribed 50mg Vyvanse and have been taking it for a few weeks now. I have anxiety issues and it seems to be a little too strong to start with, not terribly bad but I feel A little on edge. Also it seems to not last nearly long enough. I read that you can pour the powder in water and drink it. I know it had to be digested to work so my question is can I pour part of the powder straight into my mouth and then swallow with water?
The problem is that my doc prescribed me 60 30mg capsules so im trying to figure out how many 30 mg capsules is 70 mg vyvanse which i know that a 30mg vyvanse is 10mg adderall and 70 mg vyvanse is 30mg adderall. Is 7 30mg vyvanse capsules 70mg dose .I switched from taking 30mg adderall twice a day im going to have to call doc tommorroww.Any help in figuring this out .Thank you Im trying to get 70 mg vyvanse out of these 30mg capsules 1 70 mg or 1 60 is the right dose for me.
I'm not addicted or ever think about being addicted to the vyvanse or any drug I've ever used. No matter how addictive the drug might be, I can take a normal dose or a high one, as I have mentioned. And I had minor side effects with no addictions... And the 250mg actually lasted two days in a row, if I just took the 250mg one morning and the next morning I took 50mg... I felt like it was still staying strong.
He stated that two 70mg would not cause the problem, and prescribed a prescription for a lung infection. Three months later the chest pain is better but still sporatic (sitting forward, after a night of drinking, miscellaneous; but not lifting weights or running) and the ED problem still persists.
up to 3x90, or 270 pills worth. I was informed that there is no generic form of Vyvanse available. Also, I take the 60 mg. This is a weight measure and the pill should weigh 60mg plus the weight of the capsule. So weighing an empty capsule should allow you to get the total weight of a full pill. Some of mine are full right to the top, which I would expect with that dose. My son is also on ADD medication, adderall in his case, and his look low as well.
changed the date of a refill for Vyvanse by 2 days (25 to 23), pharmacy caught th echange and is calling my doctor to see if he changed it or not. Waht do I do now? What and hope my doctor "thinks" he may have changed the date, call my doctor and fess up? What will the pharmacy do if the doctor says he did not change it?
I tried welbutrin and it knocked me out, provigil did the same. I've been on the new Vyvanse for a few weeks now and it is too good to be true. I feel like the person I always wanted to be: Alert, funny, not compulsive with food But now the fears begin. I'm terrified and obsessed with the idea that this is a honeymoon period and it will all wear off. I constantly search the boards for a confirmation of this fear.
Frankly, they are prescription drugs and there is no legal way around that. Leaves you a couple of choices. On the medical side, for some one of your age, there are some pretty cheap medical insurance policies. Until you are 25 (and soon 26) you can piggyback on your parents insurance which would be possibly cheaper and you just pay them. The trouble with all of that is it will take time - but it is an investment in your future.
old ffemale who was put on Vyanse to help with my focus and concentration.I have been on Vyvanse for 1 1/2 months. The original dose wa 30mg. but I didn't see a difference so I was upped to 70mg. 2 weeks ago. The past week I have felt very unmotivated to do anything. I don't even want to talk to my friends, I just feel like being alone all the time. This is partially what I went on the drug to get rid of but it's making it worse.
I went back to my doctor three months ago, the same one who knew I was a drug addict, and i convinced him to give me klonopin again, as well as temezepam, and he also prescribed me vyvanse as well. No opiates though, but I do still take them.
I went to the ER today to get it checked out and I didn't tell them about the vyvanse. This prescription I got is a couple years old and I had it leftover. It's been a while since I even touched it. The doctors did an EKG and found it to be normal. They sent me home. I am still having chest pains at the moment and shortness of breath. Health wise, if I don't take anymore, am I still in trouble because of how I'm feeling? Or will this pain go away?
He may have not wanted to get a full prescription of say 30, and then have to up it. I would write down what you take so you can chart it. It will take some trial and error. I thought maybe you had skipped lunch which could have caused that feeling. Guessing that it was more the reaction to the full capsule. Think it might be easier to deal with a 4th to start with. And if you don't notice any effect, I'd probably wait till the next day to up the dose.
Hey I am worried about my sister! She is on Vyvanse right now at thiry mgs but does NOT take it daily. Her husband takes twenty mgs of Adderall daily, and sometimes she will take an adderall instead of a vyvanse. Is this safe?? I don't think she is taking them at the same time but, is it safe for her to take an adderall on occasion? She claims the adderall gives her more energy than the vyvanse so she takes it when she has a night that she is working late and so on.

It seems like every pill I try-either it helps my acne and makes me hungry and sooooo...... tired. I am also on Vyvanse for ADHD and that decreases my appetite. However, I have been on Yaz for a few months, and I swear it reverses all the positive effects of Vyvanse (more energy/decreased appetite) because I am so tired and hungry all the time. In the past I have tried Lo-Estrin, Nuva-Ring,& Ortho Tri Cyclen. Does anyone have any recommendations for the perfect pill--i.e.
I don't know where to start really. I am a freshman at college. I have no heart problems, not even in the family. It's finals week this week and I've had a lot on my plate. I took a vyvanse around 2:30 yesterday and then took another one at about 8:00, it is 5:31 in the morning right now and my throat is killing me, along with my upper back which is hurting, but it's not umberable.
He prescribed me Lexapro, then in January put me on Vyvanse ( a stimulant used to treat ADD) in addtion to the Lexapro. I began to feel GREAT mentally. I was much happier.. eventhough my husband and I still had some MAJOR finacial problems, our relationship got much better. Work also was better, as I was much more productive thanks to the Vyvanse.
His pediatrician feels pretty certain he also has ADD and wants to put him on Vyvanse and see how he reacts to that. I am just sick. I have such strong feelings against medicating children and here I am about to do this to him. In doing my online research I came across something called absence seizures. Does anyone know if hypothyroidism and this can be related and what are the chances he has both thyroid disease and ADD. He himself crys to me all the time that he can't remember things.
Maybe you can ask your doctor to give you a one week prescription for Adderall or Vyvanse to see if it has a benefit to you. They work right away, not like antidepressants which have to build up in your blood stream. Hope this helps.
As an aside, it is sometimes surprising that people will be open to such products as Synaptol while at the same time not even consider prescription medication. My opinion is that there is no reason to think that use of such OTC products is a worthwhile option, but you are the parent.
Hi I have been taking 30 mg of vyvanse for a couple months now and I feel awesome taking it. It has helped my concentration and I believed it helped with some of my anxiety problems as well. I was curious do people take this drug for the rest of there life once they start taking it.
However, the glasses do seem to make distant things clearer, although the Rx is very weak and I almost never wear them since I feel that I can read signs and such with no problem while driving without them. So, when this eye pain arose recently, I at first thought it was because I had been sitting at the computer for too long, and had just taxed my eyes for the time being. However, the pain in my eyes came back, and completely randomly. Now, it seems that my eyes hurt pretty much every day.
DH & I are both ADD (I take Adderall, he took Vyvanse) - key word is "took" because I spoke to his doctor about him abusing most prescription pills & now he's cut off. He asked me for some today & I desperately don't want to deny him what he needs yet know in my heart I should not (plus I'll be without as I have been in the past when he's stolen mine). How do I keep strong & not give in to guilt?
I received a letter in the mail b/c I take Adderall XR, which is made by the same Pharm Co as Vyvanse, Shire Pharmecueticals. It was just a notice saying that Vyvanse has been approved for adult use. I see my psychiatrist in a little over a week for a prescription refill and I am going to ask if he'll switch me. He knows that Vyvanse is the one that worked best for me. The great thing for me since I am not working, Shire also has a pt. assistance program.
Do you think that having anxiety and a prescription to Xanax will make it so I will be unable to have a prescription of adderall or Ritalin?
Its been a week and a half since its been changed and no improvement. What happened to make it quit working? Will it start if I give it some more time?
Now, I am a case manager in the mental health field and he knows this, so he is aware that I know what the Lamictal is for. I still say, no oh no, and I get a prescription for Focalin. And it seems to help a bit with my memory and all. I look on the internet and explore Bipolar - thinking I have missed something. the first thing I read is people waking up really pissed off and I think , Whoa! Then I read on and read about mixed episodes and I am just shocked.
I went to my doctor about 9 months ago and am now on Vyvanse and Fluoxetine. Although my depressions meds should be stronger I have not yet made that jump as I am worried about the reaction of the 2. Thus far though they have worked very well together. Vyvanse is a newer ADD med and I specifically requested something other than Adderall due to side affects.
My husband takes 3-4 loritabs (he is in no pain is addicted to them & buys them off street)He also got prescribed 120mg of vyvanse(adhd med)and he is NOT adhd.. I have been on those meds for 2 yrs and he took my meds and thought it changed his life, It didnt it was just another buzz to have..
