Please help, I'm a 24 year old female. I have been getting very bad diarrhea for the past couple of days. Its yellow and very watery. I dont have any stomach pains accompanying it really, just flatulence and my stomach is hard and swollen. Should I go to the doctors or will this blow over???
The diarrhea also continued the next day as well. After he started the diarrhea the vomiting seemed to subside which is typical of the previous episodes.
The vomiting followed by diarrhea seems to be a pattern. He is also a picky eater and looking back he seems not to poop very much for a couple of days preceding the vomiting episodes. Visits to our doctor and blood/stool tests have not indicated anything unusual.
I had my gallbladder removed almost 4 years ago. I was a freshman in college at the time, & I had been diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia. Basically my gallbladder wasn’t functioning properly. For almost a year after my surgery, I had nothing but problems. I lost a lot of weight, was having awful diarrhea & vomiting all the time. It seemed to get better. But now I’m having the same problems again.
BRAT diet is NO longer recommended in diarrhea. General opinion among doctors today is that anyone can eat what he wants and avoid only what obviously irritates him. Your son should maybe avoid fats when he has diarrhea.
I suffered vile sulphuric belches, vomiting and diarrhea on several occasions. It seemed to get worse each time and take longer to feel "human" after each episode. I couldn't figure out what was causing this, until I noted the only thing I'd eaten that was different from my regular diet was some Oreo cookies. I couldn't be sure that was the cause, until I ate some Oreo cookies covered with chocolate mint frosting at my daughter's home.
I have tried staying away from gluten, yeast, sulphites, but its so hard to know, as some foods have hidden ingredients.. This is the first time I have experienced the yellow diarrhea or stool.. I had to take a pill yesterday so I could sing at an Easter celebration, and have not gone since.. not sure what to do at this point.. any suggestions? the only med I am on is Crestor for high cholestoral..
My puppy has had no energy for the last three days she is normally a very energetic puppy. She also on her first day of being sick was vomiting up her food and water, seem depressed and had a strong brown/red diarrhea thats happened only once that day. Now she is not drinking or eating, her nose is dry and she seems to want to be left alone. We have observed the vomit sometimes is a yellow liquid and other times its a white foamy mucus.

There is sperm present in pre-ejaculate. It is possible to become pregnant using the "pull out" method. However, the vomiting and diarrhea you experienced are most likely unrelated to any potential pregnancy.
If you are not trying to get pregnant, I would recommend using a barrier method of protection such as a condom. If your period does not come, a home pregnancy test is most accurate one week after the first day of your missed period.

It's now been 4 days of yellow, greasy, and kinda mucusy diarrhea (sorry but super gross). I had a slight fever on the second day however it went away. So I just thought it was a stomach virus. Third day felt like fine, continued on with my normal schedule. Not wanting to jinx it I ate lightly (crackers, bread, and water... etc.). Got home in time for dinner feeling perfectly fine. Ate couple slice of pizza and in the next hour had the same diarrhea as before.
t know how this could have happened considering that I drink at least 40 ounces of water a day anyways, Saturday during the day I started feeling nausea again and actually started to dry heave but nothing every came up and I had yellow diarrhea all during the day, I also felt the chills. It has been two days now and I am still having these feelings but the doctors tell me that it is nothing to be worried about but I am worried that it is something serious. Please help.
Hi All recently I took Nitrofurantoin 100 mg for UTI and broke out in itchy rash, vomiting and diarrhea. Since the doc asked me to stop taking it. I have taken this med before I listened to my doctor and stopped. Symptoms disappeared but I still have diarrhea yellow in color. I also have full pain under right rib. I’m scared in pastxive had gastritis, diverticulosis & had CT that showed 2.6cm cavernous hemangioma in the lateral segment of the left hepatic lobe (liver).

They then gave me stat doses of IV DNS+MVL, Drotin IV, Emeset 4mg IV, and Pantop 40 IV. Following this, I was prescribed with 5 days of T. Ciplox TZ, T. Mehrogyl 200, C.

I ended up in the hospital because I had diarrhea and vomiting.....lasting for about 8 days. I was extremely nauseated for a long time, and could not eat, or keep anything down. The nausea lasted for about 2 weeks total. I lost 30 pounds in a little over a month. My bloodwork was normal, neutrophils were elevated, but everything else okay. I had an ultrasound, CT Scan, colonoscopy, and the scope down my throat (sp?). CT, ultrasound, and colonoscopy showed nothing.
Hi, I'm approx 8 weeks along. I have been vomiting for 24hrs and have had diarrhea too. I haven't been able to eat anything for around 36hrs without bringing it straight back up (I tried plain crackers and dry toast). Even sipping water has me vomiting within 15/20mins of doing so. t think much of it and had the same thing on Monday (in retrospect, stupid, I know). That night I had terrible chills, diarrhea, vomiting, and I felt as of I had a fever. It lasted approximately 24 hours.
But to this day, I continue to have exclusively liquid, pale yellow stools and sometimes feel nauseous after eating. I've been living off of granola bars mostly with a small meal at night like pasta or French fries.
