My son , 3, vomits in bed in the middle of the night, with no other symptoms. It doesn't happen very often, maybe once or twice a month. I just don't understand what it is caused from.

which means u do not have the typical symptoms, there are symptoms but u may not have ones u associate with GERD/acid reflux.

I agree with diane0508. In my first pregnancy, I had little to no vomiting. Now that I'm pregnant with my second, I am getting it twice a day and I'm only 6 weeks as well. Sounds like you are still getting other symptoms though.

Other than bloating there is nothing else. I have my us Friday. I just hope everything is ok because I basically feel the same.

Same with me. I am 7wks 3 days now. Not having symptoms lately. Earlier I used to get so tired, felt nauseated, sleepy, pain in breasts and all that. But for last few days I am absolutely fine.

I am now 21 weeks pregnant and other than a growing belly and tender breasts, I have no symptoms (not even urinary frequency which is weird). I had very few symptoms earlier in the pregnancy either.
