I had severe morning sickness and vomiting starting at 5weeks all the way to my 23rd week. I threw up about five times in a day and ended up in the hospital twice because I was severely dehydrated. Try to drink as much water as you can but don't drink lots of water at once because if not you will probably end up throwing up the water. Try gatorade, ginger ale, crackers, jello, chicken noodle soup, 7up or sprite, popsicles helped me a lot.
