water at once because if not you will probably end up throwing up the
water. Try gatorade, ginger ale, crackers, jello, chicken noodle soup, 7up or sprite, popsicles helped me a lot. Even though my stomach hurt a lot for all the vomiting I forced myself to eat so I could get at least something in but I pretty much ended up throwing up everything I ate by that time. I'm 38weeks and 4days and I'm happy those days are over.
