Vomiting and migraines. Try eating some crackers before you ever get out of bed. I've heard that works pretty good. Other then that talk to your doctor there is nausea med that doesn't make you drowsy. You can also ask your pharmacist as well. There are also these things call sea bands. They do look like sweat bands for your wrist but they actually put pressure on some pressure points in your wrist that help with nausea. Good luck to you.
