The 1st thing is do not eat any more cucumbers because they cause your stomach acid to get aggravated. There is a muscle that normally opens to let food into the stomach and closes to keep food and stomach acid in. With GERD, this muscle does not work properly, and causes food and stomach acid to leak back up the esophagus. It could also be Gastroenteritis as Tuck has suggested.

I am 12 weeks and i get the same thing..it really ***** but i find that if i drink as much water as i can before i throw up even if it means taking as big if drink as i can in between dry heaves it makes it so the tummy acid doesnt taste as bad if any comes up at all cause if u drink enough it usually is just water coming up.
I use to dry heave a lot due to the fact that in the mornings I wouldn't have anything in my stomach. And whatever did come up.was just stomach acid and it's just like what you described so I'm sure that's what you're experiencing. Try to drink lots of water when you wake up bc it's a lot easier to throw up water than just that stomach acid.

I have some type of stomach problem, while laying down at night my stomach fills with acid and in am I vomiting some bad yellow vomit. What would cause this, my diet is ok and I barely eat three small meals a day. My doctor told me to take prylosect for 14 days, which caused me to have diarrea, when I stopped the vomiting continued. I am 43 and made 3 trips to general doctors in 2 months. Could it be more than acid reflux.?
Could be acid reflux too. I don't really get heart burn but the acid reflux makes me vomit, especially on an empty stomach.
Oh gosh, I'm very sorry to hear this. yes, it could be stomach acid. Talk to your doctor about this. Some women have nausea/vomiting to the point it is a real concern for their pregnancy. so, talk to your doctor explaining the vomiting and how frequently this is happening.
I know spitting up is completely normal for newborns but my 2 week old seems to throw up after almost every feeding. I breast feed, by the way. Its not just a little spit up, it looks like almost the whole feeding.
Could this be because of my milk isn't settling right or what? I did call the pediatrician but won't have an appointment until next week and I'm worried something could be wrong.
You can go to the hospital and get checked (which is always what I would recommend regardless of the situation) however being a nurse I can tell you alot of times it is in fact normal, if youve been vomiting or have had heart burn your stomach and esophagus become irritated which can cause you to spit up a little blood and have blood in your vomit.
Hi every since i was around 8weeks pregnant i feel like there's a lump in my throat. It started after vomiting so much and has been there ever since. Im 27wks now and it's still there. Im going to mention it to my doctor next week. Any one else experiencing this?
