I agree with addysmama. Frequent vomiting can easily irritate your throat. You may need some intravenous fluids though just from not being able to keep much if anything down. Maybe some meds such as zofran or phenergan as well.

if your stool is black and looks like coffee grounds got to the er immedietly! also dark vomit could possibly be blood, same with extremely dark stool. I don't say this to freak you out , seriously just do some google searches on black stools. When the ulcers bleed it can cause bloody vomit...or vomit that looks like coffee grounds. They will probably do a upper GI scope. THis is where they put a little camera down your esophagus to look at it and your stomach. They may take tissue samples, but this will help them better understand what they're dealing with. THey will probably reccomend you take an acid reducer such as Nexium. You may have to stop drinking alcohol for a while until you are better. Good luck!
